My greatest concern lies with the fact that most oil exporting countries are running on budget deficit which may likely force them to seek for loans.
It is high time these countries form a union to determine collectively their loan destination.
It makes no sense that the US shale oil saturates the market with antecedent drop in crude price, then affected countries will run to the US financial institutions to make up for their budget deficit.
All the affected oil producing countries need to seek for Loans in Asia not World bank and IMF.

I have observed this Barcanista /TonyeBarcabista of a guy for sometime and I am wondering. Does this person have a meaningful job?
