Ngozika, we thank God. The tantrums from the older one ehh, even did vigilantee last night cos of her. She was down with serious cough, dunno if the cough magically disappeared this morning cos she has been running around shouting "mummy Tuu, mummy tuu(school) but the rain this morning is too much.

So no school when it rains. Life is good.

Please can I give my 17months old dd crushed/blended cornflakes or rice crisps? Is there any nutrients that is required of babies in there? She doesn't take any adult food to satisfaction after two or three quarter spoons she will not accept again. It only semo and okra I can say she takes very well but I can be giving her that all the time. I want to add more to her cereals variety

I tried blended rice crispies for my baby once when she was sick. She really liked it and it became the only food she was accepting that period. Then it purged the hell out of her as she was pooping just rice crispies. Since then I don't near adult cereals. We'd try again when she's closer to three.

That's how your brain tricks you to go and get pregnant again after all the 'I won't do it again' you must have thought during labour . Needless to say it goes away as soon as you get pregnant

Good Morning experienced mamas... Please i need clarifications and advise on some issues.

I have an 11day old daughter whom av been feeding on breastmilk only. my mom however thinks that she isnt getting enough of the breast milk because of the way we struggle to feed each other at night, so she's suggesting i incorporate formula with it. But each time i express my breastmilk and feed her, she takes abt 30 t0 40ml at a stretch. How do you mamas think i can manage this situation, as my mum is saying she ought to have added weight by now and that the formula will also make her sleep well at night. i really want to feed my baby on ebf, but my mum is making it difficult for me cos she keep saying baby isnt getting enough.. Isnt it too early to be worried about baby's size... nb her bw is 3.0kg.

i personally dont see the need for formula, cos i usually have adequate amount of breastmilK. i just like putting her to breast so she wont get used to bottlefeeding. Please, i need advise on how to go about this.

so i'll like to know if Bottlefeeding baby with breastmilk and putting baby to breast are the same in terms of adequate nutrients the baby is gettinh....

Older women especially those that didn't do EBF always think baby is starving. You have to be ready for the battle if you want to do EBF with first baby. My MIL kept saying that breastmilk is like water to be given to baby after the formular . Just ignore and keep doing what you're doing. At some point she said baby was losing weight so I started keeping the baby to suck almost all day since I was kukuma doing nothing else. Soon the complaint became that she was too fat.

@Liftedhands followed your link but I did not see anything o. Was using browser sha. My IG app has refused to open for days now.

I think it depends on the schedule you are using. Ours was listed as 13 months immunization but when I went for it, they split them into two and said that's how it is on their new schedule. I would take a pic of our schedule when I get home.

lol look for trouble abi try to hear both sides and make peace. Thats my job as a peace and conflict resolution personnel Not just 12 months o, theres 15 months 18 months and 24 and i think I saw Chicken pox among them and other important sounding ones. I always go to war with my Ijebu side whenever a paid immunization is due for Giddybaby. Can't imagine having to pay for twins God's grace to your pocket.
