Romance / Re: Dealing With A Relationship With The Presence Of A Spiritual Husband/wife by giddysgold: 2:57am On Dec 23, 2009
I've heard celestials say that the spiritual husband goes away when a physical husband enters the scene,
i don't know but if u are a born again Christian then only lay hands on her but the catch is that u two cannot be sexually immoral i.e. sex b4 marriage, so just fast and pray, don't give devil more power than he has o,
i've seen this before but it's not a run and hide type deal, pray for the woman, kick devil out and move on, no spirit be worse than satan self and Jesus gave power even over satan so all knees must bow and every tongue must confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, oh yes, i think you must be the true husband to break it or something like that, call your pastor o, or call mine he will tell u better,
Romance / Re: Please Help Her Decide by giddysgold: 11:41am On Dec 21, 2009
deniyor:

She's lucky he's experimenting with his wife. He could always go outside for the adventure.

How does a man despoil his wife? What does despoil even mean?

na wa oh, clap for urself, u seem to understand luck very well oh, am very lucky if my husband rapes me instead of someone, ahhh the silver lining in every cloud eh? way to be positive,  undecided grin

if a person doesn't want to have sex, he or she should not be forced to, point blank, being married is not equivalent to being owned like chattel or land, it means u are committed to a long term relationship: look up the word relationship: it takes more than one, so if the husband is alone he wont despoil himself abi?
ok, so why do it to his wife, for the Christians here- bible says husbands love ur wives as u love ur own body, for the rest- if u husband try raping you- keep a sharp pin under pillow and stick for body, he will remember to ask first next time o,  grin

Poems For Review / Accidental Love by giddysgold: 3:05am On Dec 18, 2009
In a word, searching,

I'm searching for the right words to say

Another word, thinking,

I'm thinking of the right move to make

How will I put it?

I'm like a weary traveler who journeyed
thousands of miles in search of fresh water
only to return to find a well a few blocks from home

like a bear who solely eats honey and for years has
gone searching for a particular honeycomb
only to return to his cave and discover this particular one

For years I have waited and searched for my one true love, my rib
The one whom I'd spend the rest of my life with
The one who would teach me and learn from me what true love is
The person with which i can share all my gifts

my better half- that understand why i cry and laughs when i laugh
bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh-
i looked all over the world and you were there at my doorstep,

What do I do now that we have started this journey?
It's not about fame, it's not about money
You're my honey- my one and only honey!

I can't think of anybody else but you
I get chills from the thought of being next to you
I can't get enough of that thing you do
Cos before you even talk, I already understand You

And you're the only man I wanna stand next to and say I do
For the spirit in you is filled with honesty and truth
I'm not a baby and I'm not naive and I know that some men do
certain things
but if I have my choice, rather than doubt u, i choose to believe
Cos this love supersedes what is called that man woman deal
I don't want any one but you and i can tell that's how you feel
It's like I woke up this morning and love smacked me in the face
This thing is metaphysical it's not commonplace
But what can I say?
Before I get too carried away,
I just want to tell you that no matter where you go
or no matter what you do,

In a word, Life
That's what I wanna spend with you

Romance / Re: Why A Lot Of Black Woman Are Single. by giddysgold: 4:15pm On Dec 01, 2009
the sad thing about that tho is that either AA or Nigerian- all are black- and maybe some of u are still in Naija self but if you have been so fortunate enough to travel abroad to US states like New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Washington, DC, then u will what am talking, I've either been to or lived in some of these states and I know what I've seen there. Many Nigerian or African men period with white women- this may make ur eyes shine bright green or whatever but this is definitely a Nigerian issue and has started within the last decade- look at Pres. Obama- Mama white- daddy African- Look at Sade (the famous Jazz singer from London) moma white- daddy from Nigeria (wow) those are a few of the successful ones but to be perfectly honest here the big issue that no one may want to face is that America accepts with open arms the brothers and sisters from Africa and the women usually do good and find jobs and really help out a lot in the community, but "some" not all but still most and these men are mainly from Nigeria and are either Igbo or Yoruba- they marry either Oyinbo or Black American for papers. Now US has taken lots of measures to cut down on greencard marriages and in order to prove that the marriage is real, you have to live with the person, get joint bank accounts, file taxes together and the more, thereby making the fraud nearly impossible unless u r truly devious and can fake to the girl that u love her, and will be sleeping with her, getting her pregnant, then get ur papers and leaves, that leaves behind millions of mixbreed Nigerians is the US cos it is happening in massive numbers. That is why it is getting harder and harder for African men to get greencard in US, Seems off topic but is right on target- I can't tell u the number of fatherless children in America today becos a guy from Naija pull 419 on one helpless girl to get paper, Then go abroad to call her akata and diminish her value. The shame here is that in most states "akata" culture is very similar to Nigeria- anybody know who olaudah equiano is or gustava vassa- a nigerian native taken as a slave- many southern Americanas are his descendant. There is a lot that happens in US and then the Man comes home with money and throw big party, but that money came from 419 marriage to Oyinbo abroad, just go and look at the beautiful brown sun kissed skin and broad noses that these babies have, they will be raised as akata and cos the mother may change the name after the father left u might never know u are calling ur own cousin or nephew akata, this is a Nigerian issue o, I cry everytime I see it, Cos prejudice has blinded reason and logic and watered down the truth, but what will happen when all these kids want to grow up and come to Naija to see where they are from, It's gonna be a big issue one day o, and NL is the best place for this, don't u know that many if not most AA have either Cameroon or Nigerian blood running thru their veins, open ur eyes the sky is not a blue in Naija as think,

Romance / Re: How To Tell If A Girl Likes You by giddysgold: 3:36pm On Nov 30, 2009
@ Seun from 2005- are u the same hopeless romantic 4 yrs later? lol, but u have the point of it, many people have never experience it and many men and women alike are too busy playing games and faking it to get the gist of true love, that is how it is,

If i like someone, no matter what he says i will laugh, find any excuse to touch him, blush and hit him when he make naughty jokes but inside will have butterflies. will be very encouraging and positive, and very involved in what goes on with him o, aaaah they call it puppy love,

i have since matured and have mastered the art of talking without talking, and speaking with my eyes, one look is enough, a smile is too much, the thrill of being chased, leaving proverbial breadcrumbs along the trail to love, meanwhile getting to know him and understand his psyche and how he ticks so that i compliment him, and make sure he knows what he is missing without saying one single word, the art of being a woman, hmmmm, nice post takes me back o
Romance / Re: My Girlfriend Got Raped: What Should I Do? by giddysgold: 11:12am On Nov 30, 2009
@ 1Emmy
God bless ur heart dear, u r true, one point tho, respectfully, no means no!
either raped or lured then raped, even if u have it in ur hands and both our pants are off and i say no, a gentlemen will take it as no and stop himself, Cos if i say no and u proceed, then that's rape, u no longer have permission,

if in the middle of it i say stop- no means no, it could be hurting, so stop cos if  u don't it's rape, and no means no,

anyways, C'est la Vie, Que Sera Sera ! But i say that in love, no fight or disrespect intended,
Quick Story-
there was a lady in US going around trying to get herself raped, she would go so far and then tell the man no, of course the man would already be erect and ready, some of them forced her and some of them would stop, now after they finish raping her she run off and call them in week to say that she has AIDS, so u see, at times, being a gentleman pays off, Even the ones who would stop, she called them to tell them what they missed out on by being gentlemen, u never know, and condoms break, syphilis and herpes go beyond condoms, so there are many diseases out there: an open pussy is not always "an open pussy" if u get mi drift, so it's best to be careful and to not get too hot for that woman part between the great divide, it can get real ugly real fast
Romance / Re: Why A Lot Of Black Woman Are Single. by giddysgold: 10:52am On Nov 30, 2009
My point exactly. This is an AMERICAN issue. Most african women are NOT single. Most african men marry african women. It's akata men that are running off to oyinbo.

hmmmm,

shred of truth, but what about the naija men who leave wife and kids back home to travel abroad to london, or US and come back with another wife or don't come back, and yes o , they marry "akata" (what an ugly word) women for greencard or at least that's what they tell u and seven years pass and then b4 u know it, him papa dey tell ur mama, his son can't marry u again, and to top it, he will be home in one month with new "akata" wife or Oyinbo wife and babes,

this happens everywhere, but the point is that a woman is a woman,
vagina is vagina, human being is human being, and besides the arrogance of thinking that one race is better than the next is so last year and truly part of the problem, like it or not, black Americans come from Africa and had the same culture as most Africans until this lil thing called "slavery" , read up on it u'll learn a lot, and o , black women used to think like this too,

And for this post to be made, somebody's doing something with somebody and one of em aint a nigerian,
too much pls, vry funny 2 me this topic
lol
we are often blinded by the prejudice of our own ignorance

Romance / Re: My Girlfriend Got Raped: What Should I Do? by giddysgold: 10:31am On Nov 30, 2009
@ poster, my sister was raped and it ruined her life. She told no one. It was a relative and I saw him. that is how the family found out cos i forced her to talk. But unfortunately, the incident ruined her.
Why people so quick and comfortable to be negative. Had those same sentiments until the cock came home to roost, if u have never dealt with this situation or one like it, u have no reasonable input. Not to be rude, but u don't know what it's like, I watched my sister, a brilliant star, just start to throw away her life becos of this incident. and jus cos a woman goes to see somone who she thinks is a friend does not mean she should be raped or that she got what she deserved. Maybe she likes that guy but jus cos someone likes u doesn't mean they want to have sex with u. sex is more personal for women than for men, some men anyways, men are priviledged to pull out and wipe off, women absorb all what the man has given. that is why its violating to be raped and is very sensitive subject, that's one. two, mr. poster- rape changes a person my dear, am very sorry for how u may feel right now but she will have to deal with it, and maybe she is avoiding u cos she is afraid u might tell her that it's her fault that she got raped, and that is the last thing someone wants to hear after being raped, Women are not as dubious as we make them, sometimes they just want to be genuine friends, and although nothing is in their mind, the mind of the guyfriend can be quite different and when it comes out that the guy wants to progress to another base, the ego insult of the slap of rejection is enough to make a mean man wild enough to take her treasure and tell her that's what u get u silly bitch! do u think i really just wanted to be friends with u, what if that's the scenario, many are the ways that this thing can be spun o, u have to calm ur head and think first, get her to disarm herself and trust u that u wont accuse or attack her and tell her it's her fault or make her feel worse, she may be especially not trusting men right now, so take ur time and if u love her, get counseling and wait for her to come around and help her build something special in her mind about sex between u two, that will ease the pain , idk, just slow down and think, and NL is not the best place for advice, if u believe in Jesus, i would say trust him and pray, pray her and pray for urself,

but that's just advice good luck
Romance / Re: If U Caught Your Man With your Maid? by giddysgold: 3:40am On Nov 30, 2009
Ok first off we know the maid is out of a job without referrals, lol,
idk, hopefully it wont come to that cos am willing and able to be my mans LovePeddler, back rubber, food cooker, dish washer, easy screw, quick screw, wild screw, slow screw, upside down screw- u get the pic, gotta go ole skool, if u work and got kids, teach dem kids how to clean and cook- if their old enough cos that lightens ur load and u can take care of ur man while kids go to market- ok! cook and wash and iron for the whole week on saturdays, go to market on wednesdays, and do big shopping once a month on either Friday or Saturday after work, take it back to how gramma did it, and pls believe if God aint in it he gone cheat anyway so whateva, do wut u gotta do, dont' be a lazy woman, and keep urself up, if there is a wig for the day, there must be one for the night- nobody loves a nappy head, get a perm or some braids or something, and buy some lingerie, ok am jus ranting not but we women already know what 's up ,
Rap Battles / Re: Rap Lines You'll Never Forget by giddysgold: 3:12am On Nov 30, 2009
AAHHHHHHHHH! I hate rap!!! JUST KIDDING- actually- i likes da ole school cos its more fun like :

La-di-da-di, we like to party
We don't cause trouble, we don't bother nobody
We're, just some men that's on the mic
And when we rock upon the mic we rock the mic right
For all of y'all, keep y'all in health
Just to see you smile and enjoy yourself
Cause it's cool when you cause a cozy conditioning
Which we create, cause that's our mission
So listen close, to what we say
Because this type of s$@t happens everyday
I woke up around ten o'clock in the morning
I gave myself a stretch up, a morning yawn and
Went to the bathroom to wash up
Put some soap on my face and my hand upon a cup, said
Mirror mirror on the wall
Who is the top choice of them all
There was a rumble tumble, five minutes it lasted
The mirror said, "you are you conceited bastard!"
Well that true, that why we never had no beef
Then I washed off the soap and brushed the gold teeth
Used oil of olay cause my skin gets pail
And then I grabbed the file for my finger nails
I'm true to the style on my behalf
I put the bubbles in the tub so I could take a bubble bath
Clean, dry, was my, body and hair
I threw on my brand new gucci underwear
For all the girls I might take home
I got the johnson's baby powder and the polo cologne
Fresh dress, like a million bucks,
Put on the bally shoes and the fly green socks.
Stepped out the house stopped short, oh no
Went back in I forgot my kangol
Then I dilly, dally, I ran through the alley
I bumped into this homegirl named sally from the valley
This was a girl playing hard to get
So I said "what's wrong? " cause she looked upset
She said uh, "it's all because of you
I'm feeling sad and blue
You went away
And now my life is filled with rainy days
I love you so
How much you'll never know
Cause you took your love away from me"
Now what was I to do
She was crying over me and she was feeling blue
I said, "don't cry, dry, your eyes
Here comes your mother with those two little guys"
Her mean mother steps and says to me "hi!"
Hit sally in the face and punched her in the eye
Kicked her in the belly, and stepped on her feet
Slammed the child on the hard concrete
The @##$ was strong, the kids was gone
Something was wrong I said what was going on?
I tried to break it up I said, stop it, leave her
She said, "if I can't have you she can't either"
She grabbed me closely by my socks
So I broke the hell out like I had the chicken pox
But uh, she gave chase, she caught up quick
She put a finger in the face of mc rick, and said
"why don't you give me some play?
And we can go cruising in my (oj)
And if you give me that ok
I'll give you all my love today
Ricky ricky ricky, can't you see
Somehow your words just hypnotize me
And I just love your jazzy ways
So mc rick my love is here to stay"
And on and on and on she kept on
The @#%$ been around before my mother's born
I said, "cheer up!" I gave her a kiss
I said, "you can't have me I'm too young for you miss"
She said, "no you're not," then she starts crying
I says, "i'm nineteen", she says, "stop lying!"
I said, "i am -- go ask my mother
And with your wrinkled pussy, I can't be your lover!"
To the heart tick tock you don't stop
To the heart tick tock you don't quit, hit it!

tooo funny ole skool like a mug dawg fo real
Romance / Re: How Do I Get Him To Notice Me by giddysgold: 2:50am On Nov 30, 2009
first off i will say that two wrongs don't make a right, the young lady is obviously tenderly aged and bit inexperienced. Otherwise, this post would not be here, however; she is still asking and the best thing might just be to leave ur advice and leave her to decipher the message if she gets it. But there is enough negativity floating to and thru Naija without us doing it to ourselves, either igbo, yoruba, hausa & etc, all are from Naija, so young woman, be at peace with urself. Men, most men, well real men- normally notice a real woman. So if u got what he need or want then there is nothing u have to do but to be u. and he will search u out, Men like the thrill of the chase and if it is too easy or if it is too hard then it is unnatural and that is what u want to prevent, best advice babygurl is to be u and don't play games,
