Eficator: Are you sure? Check well I think it was more than two weeks From the timetable I saw it was two weeks. |

Eficator: You are right, but if you look at it, this time around each candidate to be interviewed will have a unique mail because of the date and time as against the previous ones of 10 persons in a particular day. Last year was done in a rush, hence they were releasing the interview dates and time gradually. That might be the reason for the huge time gap between OPQ and interview on their schedule timeline If I am not wrong last year Interview period was two weeks, and about a month for this recruitment. They might reduce the number of candidates per day..or maybe they plan to interview more persons this year. |

Tsound007: I've gone through the previous thread on Nairaland and I have never seen this kind of a long time taken for them to get back after OPQ assessment before. True, maybe we match their values so well they are having a hard time selecting candidates.. |

Scholar94: too much prep time can be dangerous too. You can easily lose guard You think so? With how it played out last year where they freely shared their experiences and questions and noting the fact that questions were repeated. I think one month prep will afford one the chance to prepare for all the possible outcomes. |

Themanwithnonam: I think the fact that we are given two weeks to prepare is well enough time. Dont think a lot of organizations do that. You usually get one week Max Yeah, two weeks is well enough. I envy those who would go by the last week of July about a month of advance preparation. |

Themanwithnonam: The interviews are scheduled to start on the 20th of June till 23rd of July or so It would have been perfect if they had released the list today so that the first set will have exactly two weeks to prepare. |

Premiumwriter2: I'll personally draft and create a contract and get the very first investors to sign that at all times I'll own 60% of the shares.
All share sales and dilution will come from the remaining 40%. Can't come and form a company and then some modaf*ckers will push me out. You won't find investors....that clause in the contract will scare investors away. |

From previous threads this recruitment has never been organised..
While some people will be taking business case others are on gamified and some on on-demand video.
I hope they will be more coordinated this year. |
