Supervise activities of the sectional heads/direct line reports. Ensure that the schools are running optimally and all resource needs are available.
Work with School Management and Human Resources to identify people resource needs and support staff recruitment.
Motivate, coach and train staff at all levels to ensure continuous professional development. Lead designated staff meetings and programs, Monitor staff welfare.
Report to the School Management

Education Qualification /Requirements
Minimum of B.Ed. or bachelor in science or Arts
Should be able to teach subjects in his/her field of qualification.
Excellent leadership abilities.
Ability to improve the quality of Education by implementing quality assurance.
Knowledge of Nigerian curriculum would be an advantage.
Over 5 years’ experience in teaching and working, and in school management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of the primary and Secondary school curriculum.
Proficient in the use of a computer ( Ms Office etc )
Excellent interpersonal skill

Business mogul, Prince Daniel Kanu, has accused the Imo state Governor, Rochas Okorocha of seeking a third term in office through the back door, vowing to use the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), to truncate such ambition.

Kanu, speaking after picking up his nomination and expression of interest forms on Thursday in Abuja, lamented what he described as the growing nepotism associated with Okorocha’s administration.

He said: “The election has already conducted itself because I believe that our people are very democratically-driven. The current governor was elected in 2011 and he defeated a sitting governor then under the PDP and it was done through APGA and we the people made it happen.

“Again, we are going to ensure that it happens again in 2019 by defeating the current governor in Imo state who is running by proxy. His time has ran out but he does not want to quit. He wants a third term through the back door by installing his son in law and we, the people are going to resist that.

“We must bring Imo state out of its present quagmire and I believe I have all it takes to do that. As an activist, I believe in the salvation of the people. My past speaks for me.

“Currently, there is lawlessness in Imo state and where there is no rule of law, respect for human rights or feelings or dignity of the human person, then life itself would have lost its meaning. I believe that Imo state needs the rule of law at this time, respect for people, the salvation of the people from their present strife that they are facing, homelessness, hopelessness and all that,” he stated.

The ECOWAS court sitting in Abuja, has reportedly dismissed the application filed by the federal government asking that the suit filed by the Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) be quashed.

This is reported to have caused jubilation among members of IPOB and those sympathetic to his plight.

Kanu’s suit seeks the court to grant him an unconditional release from detention as well as damages to the tune of $800 million.



Channels Television reports that the federal government asked the court to dismiss the case because it is a subject matter before the Federal High Court and the appeal court.

The government said as a result,Kanu’s application constitutes an abuse of court process.

The presiding judge, Micah Wright-Williams, dismissed the application of the government for lacking in merit.

The court said it has the jurisdiction to hear cases of infringement of human rights.
