The Kano State Agency for the Control of Aids said 20,822 patients had benefited in its free drugs programme in 12 local government areas in the state.
Director-General of the agency, Dr Usman Bashir, made this known on Saturday in Kano while receiving the programme’s report from the Coordinator, Dr Ashiru Rajab.
‎He said that the drugs were distributed through the agency’s Multi-Disease Medical Outreach, adding that the local government areas covered were Kura, Gezawa, Dawakin-Tofa, Bichi and the eight metropolitan councils in Kano city.
Bashir said that the beneficiaries comprised 6,780 males and 14,042 females.
He commended the councils’ chairmen and traditional rulers in the areas for supporting the programme.‎
He expressed delight that the people in the state had embraced the programme through logistics support and impressive turnout.

The Pere of Gbaramatu has appealed to the entire Kunukunuma federated communities to suspend its planned shutdown of Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC) operation.
The protest had been scheduled to hold this Friday, March 10, 2017 at Odidi field, Delta State.
The Pere of Gbaramatu, who spoke through his Spokesperson, Godspower Gbenekama, said: “We appeal to the Kunukunuma Federated communities to suspend their planned protest against NPDC at the Odidi field slated for the 10th of this month.

What disease precisely?

It was cancer. But i can't remember the actual type of cancer.

There are many possibilities. (1) Some diseases can go away on their own when you rest and eat well. You have a sophisticated immune system which protects your body constantly. You get sick when the immune system fails. Sometimes this is due to stress, and resting solves it. Sometimes it just takes a while for your immune system to figure out how to kill the pathogens (that's why immunization is so important). (2) The doctor might have misdiagnosed her initially. What was the nature of her illness? We can do some research to find out what happened.

Even was amazed because it was impossible for anyone to be cured of that disease without operation.

Because prayer does nothing for anybody. The people who are "healed" are those who would have been "healed" without prayer. Simple as that.

I've seen my pastor prayed for someone who wanted to go for operation. After the prayers she went to the hospital for check up after her body was completely healed (for confirmation), the doctor told her that somehow her system went back to normal.

Bro don't misinterprete what you don't understand. With what you're saying, it means that it is wrong for you to call anyone father (even you earthly biological father). Not everything you read in the bible seems to be what you think it means. The bible mostly consists of parables rather than mere meanings.

Lol... Too bad for you dat you don't believe in miracle. There's a miracle that happened to a young guy in RCCG camp; the brother was a very short guy (not average height). He went to camp with the faith of experiencing the impossible (to gain height); During the last day all night, Pastor Adeboye told the crowd that God said they should ask him for something miraculous to happen in their life. This brother with faith prayed seriously for God to increase his height. As he was praying and closing his eyes, he noticed that his trouser became torn; as he opens his eyes, he noticed dat he could see the altar from where he was standing. When he looks beneath, he noticed that his height has increased to a very good level. He began to shout and kept on praising God with others dat received their miracles.
God is Great.

Are cameramen immune to the holy ghost?

Pastors do hold separate deliverance and anointing services with church workers. The holy spirit won't fall on them since they are busy with their various work and not mainly focusing their mind on receiving anointing from God.
