Try these fix.

I finally fixed this on my iPhone! I found out that I needed to agree to the new terms of service before it would complete any downloads, but for some reason those new terms of service weren't showing up on my phone. I was getting stuck in a loop where I would try to install a new app, it would ask for my password, then ask for my fingerprint three times before canceling the download. It wouldn't get out of this loop.
Here is what I did to fix it:

1. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
2. Select your Apple ID and tap "Sign Out"
3. Open the App Store app
4. Select any app on the Featured page and try to download it

The new terms of service should pop op
Tap "Accept" on the new terms of service
Your download should start!

This should fix the problem for those with this issue

please i have a problem with my tecno f5 that is it swithces on but then it tells me that the battery is low(1%) and goes off even when i have charged the battery full with another phone or universal charger the only time it stays on is when i on it and quickly put the charger to charge it also wen it is swithed off and i plug it to a charger it wont on wen i want to on it and it wont charge the battery also.

Did you root the phone. if you did not root the phone have you tried new battery.

low storage and application computability is the cause why most phones freeze.
solution: always download applications from Playstore.
Make sure your phone have not less than 200mb free storage. if possible always move your files to SD storage.

The secret to browsing on glo network is easy. Sometimes it has to do with the type of devices we are using. You see most people's device's come with default 4G + 3G, or 3G + 2G as the preferred network type. While some devices come with 4G only , 3G only, 2G only. Now the devices that have problems with browsing on glo are the once with default 4G + 3G, or 3G + 2G. You have to choose the right preferred network type. like if it is 3G you want to use. it is better to choose 3G only. If it is 2G you want to use, choose 2G only. Try these and please report back to tell if it worked for you.

The best android version has always been the latest one. Ics was a big change and backbone for jellybean and KitKat. ICS had its flaws and kept improving until KitKat where it was perfected. Lollipop was the next big upgrade which marshmallow is based upon. Marshmallow is an improvement on lollipop and I believe Android N will perfect it. The worst android version ever was android 3.0 honeycomb. Even Google knew it was an error and they had to abandon it.

Simultaneously receiving calls from your mother and girlfriend is like a sword hanging over your head. You can’t put anyone on hold and can’t even merge the two calls into a conference call.

The blame is on smartphones, we own. At present, if you receive calls on both of your SIMs, your smartphone provides you two options. First, put the call on conference mode and talk to both callers and second, put one caller on hold and talk to another.

Qualcomm, the most innovative company of the 4G LTE domain , filed two patent application with the USPTO describing a third option in your smartphone. The two patents that will break the back of the beast are 20160014578 and 20160013180.

But how, you ask? By letting you call two different people and talk to them, without putting anyone on hold or putting them in a conference call.

But how that’s even possible on the planet earth? Well, to explain how Qualcomm is making it possible, have a look at the claim 2 and claim 3 of the patent 20160014578, which get published on Thursday.

Extremely stable

Battery life was definitely excellent. Maybe it didn't have Doze but I've never had battery life as good as on KitKat, either with Lollipop or Marshmallow. For the record, I've done a factory reset multiple times and put a brand new battery in my Samsung Galaxy.

Google is always testing one or two little things in search results, but this is a more significant change. We're starting to see the option to install apps from inside Google search results without opening the Play Store. Not everyone is getting this yet, but enough are that it's probably in the early stages of a wide rollout.

You can test this yourself by opening the Google app and searching for the name of an app. It will appear at the top of the results with an install button—this part is true for everyone. However, most people are booted into the Play Store when they tap it. Those with the new feature will see a permission popup just like they would in the Play Store, then a miniature Play Store frame appears so it can be installed. It's really neat.

This might only work from the Google app, not Chrome (that's common with similar features). Some users report that this started happening a month ago or more, but only recently has it started appearing widely enough that we got tipped about it. Take a look at your search results and you might find it's already live for you.

First a little back story. Touch wiz is great and all but for some including myself I prefer the look and feel of stock android. I know I could have bought a nexus device or made some other attempt to put stock android on my phone but that is all a bit to much effort for me and I will assume at least a couple of you too.

There are two action that you can take that will really help you achieve almost the same look and feel as stock android.

Step one: Download and install Google Now launcher. Make sure to set as your default launcher.

Step two: Download and install the 'Material Design' theme by Cameron Bunch off the Touch wiz theme store. Its Free so no need to worry about dropping money if you don't like it. For most touch wiz phones the theme store can be accessed from the phones settings menu.

These are two steps which I found easy to implement and had a big impact on the look and feel of my device. I hope you feel the same and I welcome any other solutions or tip anyone has.

Developers! Hark, and take heed! For these are the TEN COMMANDMENTS OF NOTIFICATIONS delivered from on high by your users. Behold!

1. Thou shalt not nag or remind me to open thy app.

2. Thou shalt have one button to turn off all notifications from thy app, and then if ye wish it, thou may include more fine-grained notification controls.

3. Thou shalt make it easy to set thy app’s notifications to silent, which means no sound and no vibration.

4. Speakingeth of vibration, thou shalt vibrate only when specifically requested, and ye shalt never set notification vibration on by default.

5. Remember: place no icons in my status bar by default, only when I specifically requesteth them.

6. Thou shalt not make notifications persistent and hard to dismiss without good reason, like if thine notification has an actionable button or something else worthwhile and good.

7. Honor thy limits on repetitive notifications: no more than one notification over a reasonable period of time. Basically, if someone sends me ten messages over a 30 second period, I should get ONE notification, not ten. For cryingeth out loud.

8. Honor thy limits on priority: thine notifications should not be special by default. Only messaging and communication apps should “pop up” by default, everyone else shall remember thine appropriate place and get out of my face.

9. Thou shalt not create custom notification sounds without permission, just use the default notification sound by default.

10. Thou shalt not make your notifications settings inconsistent or hard to find in your app.

Bonus 11th Commandment: If thine app is Candy Crush, thou shalt never notify me nor anyone about my candy crushing.

Android boot loop fix

First charge Your Phone Full.

Power off your Android device, if it cannot be powered off by long pressing the power button then go ahead and remove the back panel and pull the battery. Doing so should force the device to power off.

1. Hold the Volume button up (In a few device it may be volume down) + the dedicated power button.
Side note: some device have a dedicated physical Home button if your device has this hold it as well

2. Once your Smartphones first logo or manufacturers logo flashes for the first time let go of all buttons except Volume up and you will be loaded into a special mode with a little Android guy on its back with an Exclamation mark.

3. From the options menu navigate with Volume key up and down, Find Wipe cache partition and the when that’s complete go to Wipe data/factory reset scroll down to yes you are sure and allow your device to do its thing.

4. After the process has completed reboot your Android mobile phone and next time you boot it will no longer hang or be stuck in the Android boot loop/ screen where the device does not fully start up.

If for some reason the above did not work for you do not worry as in some case the phone can be experiencing a more severe issue that will require that you flash the stock firmware on the phone from scratch which will allow it to boot up fully once more and you should be able to use your device,

Did you leave enough storage space before downloading. Have you tried hard reset. remove ur simcard and memory card.

explain better. is it with the Facebook application or with opera mini. and what is the message it displays on ur screen.
