I so much love to do this, especially during a boring lecture or sermon, the only negative aspect is that I often laugh at odd occations. There was a day I wasnt able to contain my thoughts, I had talked myself into a beautiful idea and just stood up suddenly, for no obvious reason, my mum was dead scared. She had to call me close and place her hand on my head for prayers. I was just smilling.....

200 Level students of the School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology, (SAAT), Federal university of Akure (FUTA) took to the streets to protest against the inhuman treatment meted out to them all in the guise of offering MCS 213.
MCS 213 also called agricultural meteorology involves both theoretical and practical aspects, the latter being the cause of discord. Students were to farm and tend their crops, build compost and perform all form of farm practices up to four days a week, this was done with the pressure of text and exams looming ahead.
Test began in earnest last week Monday 8th of March 2021, Shuttling between home, farm, night classes and test venues became unbearable as students pleaded for the practical to be canceled as Corona had eaten most of the productive time and students were falling sick in alarming numbers, but this man didn't bulge, in response to this he dropped so many assignments which were all to be completed within a short period time, grudgingly they complied. The last straw that broke the camels back, was when a student was stung in the eye by a bee on one of the farms, the reps gathered together to have a meeting with the lecturer but instead of being considerate he maintained his stand and asked each student to bring two used tyres before 7am the next day and be prepared to work till 5pm. With this revelation the angry students mobilized themselves and rolled the tyre all the way from the farm to the student affairs building.

I don't think its the examination malpractice. Some other things might have been going wrong in his life and that might be the last straw that broke the camels back.
Such a pity RIP. Sometimes I just thank God that I'm emotionally strong or i would have done this thing a long time ago.

I don't know if this could also be called introversion, but I get depressed when I'm in a crowd or among people. Actually this is not a personality trait but a health issue, I lip read, and I can do that best when it involves just one person. Most times, when I'm with a groups of people conversing I badly want to join in the conversation but its quite impossible to read everyone's lips so i just bring out my phone and get myself busy. I would have called myself an extrovert trapped as an introvert but i have the bottling of emotions issue. I could be really mad at you and yet still keep talking to you like nothing ever happened, and most times the anger subsides.

I could be very outspoken on stage but that's where it ends, cos you wouldn't hear a word from me after that. Don't even know what to call myself, but if this is how introversion feels then it really sucks

The strike didn't affect lectures. Only non academic activities were affected. For example after submitting ID card, they went on strike. I no get ID now

hmmm i intend to switch to software engineering. dont you think the theoretical aspect as as the practical aspect is important. Plus you made mention of "toy project" in your post does it mean software engineering isn't worth studying.

Software engineering isn't the same as either coding or CS. Universities aren’t set up to teach it because they are limited to toy projects that end when the course ends.

Hello pls a friend of mine told me he went to school to have o e requirement from the SNEPCo schorlarship stamped by his HOD. Pls is there anything that needs stamping cos i didn't see anything of that sort while registering.

While He went overboard with his assertions, the points he raised still remains valid. In life, the powers at the disposal of a woman is verse. A woman is born but a man is made. A man has to work for favors, privileges and wealth. A woman by looking good can bypass the process and still attain these luxuries.

A man remains primarily a boy till he decides to grow. Truth is women who have made the decision to grow and compete with men are termed feminists. They usually are a different set of individuals. They are goal oriented and very much in control of their lives but sadly their relationships suffer. They usually emasculate their men.

What do you mean a woman is born and a man is made? Tell me is it every woman that get those favours you mentioned. Some women strive for what they want, even without help and that doesn't makes them more or less of a woman pls.
