On supplements: personally, what has worked for me is a twist. The supplement is actually for weight management but it contains very good ingredients for fertility.
It contains: Inositol which is good for women having issues with ovulation, L-carnitine and vit B6. Product is Mason fat burner.

Depending on your location and if you can't find this, you can buy myo-inositol supplement of a high dose.

I just want to quick rant pls.This journey is one you dont know how to explain to anyone who hasnt been there.You cant be too happy, or look so sad,"they" link it to your situation.if you go to functions, wahala, if u no go, doublewahala.
For those who have supportive partners, who are willingly willing to be involve, thank God for that. If you have small money to sponsor the non ending tests and drugs, it is a blessing, if you have a job, your worries is minus one o.if you have regular cycle,that is plus one.if you have no underlying health condition while TTC. Infact if you have access to medical service,it is a great blessing.Not being of advance age in TTC wahala sef nah blessing. If u have inlaws that understand, that wont call everytime to ask how far, be grateful.if you are not surronded by pple who will tell you to see one auxiliary nurse, because she sabi children thinz well, rejoice. Hmmmm.God i m tired, tired of studying and researching on fertility.let this phase pass already

Fibroids doesn't affect ovulation. It can affect conception if the location blocks sperm from meeting with the egg in the uterus not stop you from ovulating.
-Download an ovulation tracker app and input your details. Flo is very good
-Take your folic acid /supplements to improve egg quality
-Exercise and eat healthy and drink lots of water
-The ovulation tracking app gives you an idea of when you'd ovulate and a fertile window.
-BD every other day before, during and after your fertile window but don't stress too much.
-Use water based lubricant when you BD. KY jelly or Preseed
-Dont get up from the bed after BD, just prop a pillow under your butt and sleep off.
-Your husband should also do a lifestyle change. Eat healthy, exercise, take supplements for men

The month I took in I didn't see egg white CM even though I see it sometimes in previous months

I'm not sure folic acid is right for fibroid. There are different suggestions on it making fibroids grow, though since you already removed yours, talk to your doc if you can start. But I suggest you don't start until you start trying again

Sorry mama, when I had my surgery.. My doctor advised me to always eat Boiled egg, it helps to heal the wonds faster.. Also when I was pregnant after surgery, my radiologist advised me to eat one Boiled egg every day through out my first trimester... So you see, if your doctor advised you to stay away from egg, pls do so... But I dnt think eating egg causes fibroid. Also resuming Sex after surgery depends on you.. Some heal faster while some heal very slow... Normally hospital will always tell you to wait after 3months.. To make sure you are doing great.. But getting pregnant before the 3months does not inpose any risk..

Eat about 20 pieces of unripe palm kernel seeds everyday for about two months.

Most hospitals give minimum of 3 months for recovery. That's because if you take in sooner it's considered high risk and needs proper management plus it will be CS and no option of VJ delivery to avoid stories of uterine rupture. So stick to what your doctor recommended for your own good health. It doesn't mean you should abstain but simply you should not try to conceive within that period.

Congratulations on your successful surgery, ma'am, try and eat one Boiled egg every day, and reduce eating bread and reduce taking surgery things, also, pls try and resume Sex, when you feel like you ready for it. Like try and resume Sex after you see your first period.

Good evening mom's to be.its bin a very loong time.so I finally went for surgery(fibroid)and today makes it two weeks after.
My phone packed off d day I got admitted reason for not coming here to brief d house.Alhamdulillah it went well and I'm currently recovering.pls mama I need advice on what to eat to fully recover and what to stay off from.baby dust to everyone of us.

Pls after myomectomy, it is advisable to to put your heads down and read about Fibroid and how to stop it from growing back.

A friend just removed fibroids in June 2019 and just in December she went to check and another one is growing , up to 4cm already. I was so down when she told me.

Fibroid grows back a lot. Remember, fibroid is just a symptom. Cuting it off without addressing the cause will yield only temporary results

Fibroids according to the Chinese is formed by stagnation. So keep yourself and body active. Exercise once satisfied fit. Some of us can't take a 5mins walk without feeling weak.
Western Medicine says it suspects estrogen. Then you need to work on your estrogen .

Green teas.
DIM
Apple cider in warm water.
Vitex
Dongquai

Watch your diet. Estrogen is hiding in majority of our diets. Our grand mothers didn't have it like this.They fed on organic foods fresh from the farm. We are a product of what we eat presently. Do more of vegetables, more fruits, less processed foods, zero sugars.

Yes it's not easy. But the goal is to live a healthy life and have our Babies.

Congratulation . May God be praise. Please was it vertical cut they did? Mine was vertical and I still find it difficult to stand up Right. It over a week I did mine.

Doctors may not really tell you to stay away from these foods except bread which they say is tough on d digestive system after surgery.
But people generally advice to stay away from these foods because they are believed to make fibroids grow back quickly.
