Let me use myself as an example I had surgery for ovarian cyst and fibroid everything was taken out, but during pregnancy another one was seen, there are alot of mamas here who had fibroid and still went on to have their babies, don't worry your case will not be different you will carry your babies in by God's grace

other necessary items for the surgery like 100k. we then went with extral cash of 100k.

For about 2 years now I have been having heavy periods with frequent pelvic pain. So I went for scan and it turns out that I have large fibroids and bulky uterus.

my own is sad because instead of adding weight I don thin finish, I can’t go out again i don’t even look like myself anymore .I have been to so many hospitals in this Lagos and the price I'm hearing is in millions. I don google tire and still can’t find a good and affordable hospital I am seeing different types of surgery sef, like minimally invasive myomectomy, fibroid embolization and HIFU.
The doctor I saw last week said My Bp isvery high and my matter don reach emergency and I need surgery ASAP but I don’t trust the hospital because my friend did hers there since December and she has still not fully healed and they butchered her , her scar is terrible.
I have heard of people who did theirs and went home next day, Please I need help on affordable and experienced surgeons or hospitals

If you stay within Lagos Axis. I will advise you make use of general hospital. I did mine at ifako general hospital. I also referred someone there last year, which was also successful. So I can trust them . Also have it in mind that on each appointment day, is a full day thing. Their GYN day is Monday . You are free to ask any questions as regards that.

Before I went for the surgery, I already knew what the issues was. So I went straight to what I want them to do and I was asked to do necessary test . After I submitted all necessary test . I was scheduled for surgery. All this took three months. Unlike one of the general hospital I went to and I was book for complete twelve months before I can see any of the doctor

After boiling the bara and pap water, you can sieve in a container and put in fridge, but warm it before taking and if u want to warm everyday too, it is okay. You prepare another after a week. Bara can be taken anytime except during ovulation.
The chia seed and the likes can also be preserved in the fridge, but make sure you renew after 3days or you can blend everyday if you want it fresh.
You can go for another scan after 3months to know if it's working or not.

Pap water can be gotten from those selling pap, and bara(bitter melon seed) ask those selling herbs. Cut the bara into pieces (adding the seed is optional), add the pap water and boil for 20-30mins, allow it to cool before taking it. Half glass cup before meal in the morning and after meal in the evening. Note: Bara purges, reason I said you should take half glass cup for a start.
You can get the chia seed and co from the supermarket or those selling ginger, garlic and co.
I don't know your location, I would have said to get it here and waybill it to you.

(1) Am I to keep warming the bara every day or,it just the first day when it cook with pap water.
(2) How do I preserve the chai seed, flexseed and the rest after blending at first time of usage?
(3) Should I make new one on each month of my circle?
(4) For how long should I keep using the above? 3 months or 6 months
(5) lastly, should the bara and pap water be done during my circle days or it an everyday thing.

Note: I have started the ginger tea . And I have gotten all other items ,just waiting to start taking them when necessary.

My God has done it again, we went for a blood pt yesterday evening and it came out a big fat positive, u need to see how I was jumping and hugging the lab guy, God answers prayers, on Monday I joined Nsppd miracle service and the pastor mentioned my case he said we should carry our baby, meanwhile my wife and i were expecting our period, I told God to replace period with pregnancy, and he answered us, in this TTc journey we need God..



This time my wife and I will carry to term,in Jesus name..

My darling.. don't be tired. You have to keep hope alive. If I were you I will not take no for an answer. You have not even said if the fibroid is inside. Sometimes these fibroids are not entirely removed during surgery. It will now appear as if the fibroid grew back fast, no, it didn't. If it's inside truly, then it's might just be that hysteroscopic surgery that your body have been waiting for that baby/IES to stay. You can send me the scan result let me see, but crop out your name.

Make sure those fibroids are not inside the womb/ uterine cavity. And also, if they change the shape of your uterus then they must be removed ASAP through surgery. If they are inside, it can stop you from conceiving. Even if it's just one small one. Speak to a fertilty doctor or a good gynaecologist. They can remove those insert the uterine cavity (inside the womb, the area where your baby will implant) with hysteroscopic surgery. This cost around 50k to 200k depending on which hospital or clinic you use.

Remember to take serrapeptase and/or wobenzym whenever any type of operations/surgery is done on your. This will help minimise or totally avoid scar tissues/adhesions.

Make sure you use a good diagnostic centre for those doing HSG. If your cervix is puntured or injured while doing HSG or any type of procedure scar tissues can form or develope in or around your cervix which could cause another delay...biko let's be careful and prayerful too.

I doubt am ready to go under the knife again , not any time soon. Am tired already. It not even up to three years I removed Huge fibriods. Something of different sizes.
So it too early to do any surgery again. I don't even want to think about it, am tired already. If things continue this way, I think have tried. At this junction, my husband is free to take any decisions as regards having children. I want my peace of mind .
Before imlaws wahala will start, I surrender to God will.

Some tips for mamas that have unexplained infertility (SFA good, tubes patent and ovulating but no pregnancy).
--Robitussin (with guaifenesin) cough syrup or mucinex taken before ovulation helps thin out cervical mucus...this will help the sperm swim up faster.
--Eating pineapple core after ovulation helps improve chances of implantation by increase blood flow to the uterus.
--stop trying to time sex to ovulation period..sometimes most miss the fertile window while trying to time sex. Just have sex everyother day immediately after your period ends. I.e if your period ends on day 4, start having sex on day 5, 7, 9 etc
--stop using soap/femfresh etc to wash your vagina and dont insert anything there. You'd kill the good bacteria meant to be there and change the PH level of your vagina thereby making it almost like a spermicide (killing sperms that enter the vag)...
