Apple cider vinegar is good and if you can I will advise to take a vitamin d3 supplement everyday.

I know some mama’s won’t support this advice but if you have a good herbal practitioner around you that is very efficient please talk to the person and explain you just did fibroid surgery and it is growing again...
They will give you herbs to help keep your womb clean.They believe it is dirt that accumulate to form fibroid that was what my herbs woman told me.
What I did was to monitor the growth every two weeks and also stop using the herb almost before ovulation and start again on cd1.

I will discuss with my gynae. But taking herbs? I personally, will not go that route. Yeah, you could be right, it works for others. But considering I went under the knife. I don't think I should take any herbs in order not to complicate things for myself. I have read a lot about herbs cause lot of demage.

You need to do high vagina swab and urine
M/C/S to determine the causative organism.

I've checked and found out that we're in the same fertility support groups and some other groups. One needs to be careful in this TTC journey as wicked people can use what you need to scam you as you said. I've come across them on Facebook many times. Some will tell you to go and donate to a motherless babies home. They will send you the account details of the so called motherless babies home. If you don't comply within few days, so so things will happen to them not me.
God knows my mind and He knows the sacrifices I've made while on this GTC journey. I pray He sees us through.

I became pregnant 1yr 6months after my myomectomy.
Due to the trauma I went through prior to the surgery, the matron of my hospital (she was also in the operating room and saw the over 30pieces of fibroids taken out) advised I don’t wait the usual 6months after surgery to start trying to conceive and also due to fear of them regrowing, I was in a frenzy to get pregnant. I took all sorts of supplements, failed stimulated/monitored cycles, failed IUI cycle etc. then my dh and I decided to go for IVF and I started ‘preparing my body for ivf’ when I conceived.

Do these and by Gods grace you shall testify.

Confirm your tubes are patent (HSG)
....sometimes the surgery might leave a little adhesion on your tubes. I did HSG twice after surgery to completely clear my tubes.

Confirm you are ovulating on your own
....TVS to monitor your cycle and ensure you are ovulating....you can also use ovulation test strips. Once you confirm you ovulate, input your details in your ovulation tracking app(I use FLO). If you aren’t ovulating, a hormonal assay will tell you which hormone is the culprit and treatment can be started. Although in some weird cases (like mine), your hormones will be fine but you wouldn’t ovulate. ..The combo of inositol/vitb6 helped me overcome that.

*Antibiotics Regimen*
...The hospital I contacted for the planned IVF had a policy of testing and treating infections (Especially chlamydia that had no symptoms but was surprisingly quite common) first and allowing you try to conceive naturally for 6months before proceeding for IVF treatment. I became pregnant less than 3 months after DH and I completed the drugs. But this is only if you’ve been trying to conceive for a while...I put it in asterisk cos im not sure how long you’ve been trying

Do a general lifestyle change (Both of you)
.....Eat healthier, stay hydrated, eat more fruits and vegetables, exercise

Take your prenatals (Both of you)
.....I’m assuming your DH’s swimmers are in top shape and you are ovulating, then any his/hers preconception vitamins is ok. Although confirm the folic acid Strength isn’t too high in yours.

RELAX!!!
....I know this is very difficult but believe me, it helps! As long as everything’s ok, relax and bd wether in your fertile window or not. If necessary and you are into stuff like that, get props to spice things up in the bedroom. Bullet and tinz solely for your pleasure ..... water based lubes if you have issues with dryness..better at night so you don’t have to get up afterwards etc


I’d update the list if I remember anything else.

Eish! Sorry o. I don’t remember getting hungrier while on it. Both times, I was already on some sort of diet and added the fat burner supplement (and orlistat) when I wasn’t losing weight. The first time I didn’t really lose weight before I became pregnant but the second time I lost 5kg.

When you get the hunger pangs, drink water or eat a fruit...remember any weight loss helps improves the chances of ovulation in women with PCOS
Increase your general water intake and replace a meal with fruits and vegetables and exercise also...
