My dear its not advisable o! You can do 2inches or so in ur early stage but not when you are advanced cos pregnancy they give us one beta funny shape and makes you unbalanced. You don't need to compound issues. Also our walk ways are not smooth then this plenty tiles wey fuul everywhere. Abeg ditch your heels!!

Hello Mamas in d house. I'm new here. Just confirmed my bfp yesterday. By God's grace I'll b due my June 2016. I had a wonderful time on ttc trend n I'm lukin forward 4 more in dis trend. Hope I'm welcome.

you Mamas got me laughing real hard. Tnx 4 ur prayers, songs n celebrations. Pple will celebrate u same way soonest.
As to what I did differently. Hmmmm first successful step I took was joining dis trend n knowing dat I'm nt alone in dis, knowing dat my case was nt dat serious compared to some based on individual reports n also knowing hw d woman's body operate. Honestly, I came here ln June naive n bitter. I learnt abt dieting n beating down of weight of which I did 4 somtym. I was advised on dis trend 2 pray n convince dh 2 run a test. Just afta 2days of pray, dh was more dan ready n went for it. The result was nt very encouraging as to his count was on border line bt his motility rate was ok. Same on dis trend I learnt abt Zinc tablet n Tiger Spot (aya, aki hausa) I self administered dis 2 dh for 2wks. Although, he neva went for a retest. I learnt abt Gyneacologist n decided 2 see one late last month wt dh. Low n behold he requested for follicular check n my eggs were fyn den hsg dsame day cd12 n der was no challenge. We were ask to go home n see him wen next af shows up n was given a fertility drug 'Pre Natal Once A Day' n dat was all.
I backed it up wt prayers n dh holds daily devotion n lay his hand on my worm n prophecy to my body. Attended a programme in Dunamis church tittle 'Then he blessed dem' last to weeks. I watch a lot of churches on cable n key into declarations made. My pastor on his part, did more of laying of hands n anointing me n dh btw last month n dis.
I really neva had any issue dat I new of n I had neva 4 once missed my period since I got married. Dis is 1yr 11mnths.
I guess my challenge was anxiety n depression which God handled super naturally on his own. 2day my story has changed.
Words cannot express how grateful I'm 2 have every one of u in my lyf tru out dis journey of my life. U were all such a blessing to me in several ways. Yesterday dh asked if I hav told my people (ttc nairalanders). Yes we r a family here n so we will always be.

I don port ooo. Frm ttc to bellefull mama. AF was expected today bt no show. Did blood pt n got POSITIVE. My God is a living God he has decided to remember me just one month to my 2yrs wedding anniversary.

Ooooh Noooo u got me wrong. If it were to b by dat I would hav conceived as many tyms as I wish. Its just a method of overcoming depression. If one feels lyk crying wen depressed d best to do is to go ahead. Wt dat u can clear ur head n feel light. My dear, if it's tinz of God n his will I gallant 4 dat ooo. na new creation church member I be. I understand d difference btw grace n works dat is why I'm nt much into doing tinz to charge my state, it's just d grace of God based on my inheritance as d righteous one in Christ Jesus.

hello doctors in the house. I met a lady of recent with a swollen face,i asked what was the cause she said she has been in that state for years now,as a result of birth control pills she took which seize her menstrual flow for years now. she is obviously sick,and at a certain time of the year,according to her,her entire body swells and the hair on her scar is even droping off like an old woman. she said she has visited series of hospital (not in nigeria ) but yet no one seems to know the solution to her problem. am bringing this to the house,incase anyone has an idea or advice. i will be glad to repond to any question. pld help me save a sister.

I started worring frm d very first mnth of my marriage n up till nw I hav bn ttcing. Dat was a wrong start 4 me n I pray no one makes same mistakes. If u call urself barren nw dat is wat u will get. It didn't work for me. I couldn't pick my ovulation period with it and i hv a friend here who complained the same thing. I am now using Clearblue OPK., I don't know if it worked for other E-sisters.

Where did u get ur Clearblue n for how much?

Implantation could be the problem.
Low progesterone also causes depression too.

Please concentrate on your self n feed your body in preparation for baby.

I have started buying baby things o. Can't shout.
In fact as Hubby saw some things, he started joining me and is really into ttc now.

Just ask God for wisdom n direction but happily live through each day.
