safarigirl:
not all music has lyrics, so, you will say music is not good because there are no lyrics in them?

Sweet melody is also subjective. Good music is anything that can raise your spirits or calm you, it is anything that can make you laugh or cry, anything that can control your emotions. That is good music, lyrics or not, good lyrics or bad lyrics.....but once again, I tell you, just because Nigerans are used to listening to trash, they think anything that sounds slightly better is good music..

Go to South Africa and ask them if they think there is anything good about "cuz my papa no be Dangote or Adeleke, but we go dey okay"or even remotely intelligent, is it "I go go Oshodi, for your case, I go slap agbero for your case, I go call MC Oluomo, I go report all of them" does that sound reasonable to you? Is that what you call good music with good lyrics?

I repeat, Niniola is a better artiste than Teni. Johnny Drille, Simi, they are better than her, but it is all subjective. Some people can listen to somebody screaming and that is good music to them, if you hear metallic rock, I wonder what you would call it

So in your opinion, the opinions of South Africans about Nigerian music are now a standard to measure good music...

Nigerians "no know" good music but South Africans do... Hanty, how did you make your findings? SMH...

See mentality... South Africa = Foreign = high standards... Kai... I weak

There's an option to add leads on Undeveloped:
Under Sales activity, just click on new lead and you'll see it.
You can then go on to fill the buyers details.
The standard commission is 5% when done this way.
I hope this helps.

You're heavensent for real.
God bless you large.
Tranxo needs to learn a thing or two from you..

javaRookie:
1. Afternic.

Thanks

sconp:
Since last month and this month, it has been raining sales here

i key into that testimony

tranxo:
Testimony time. Alert just entered. Jesus thank you!

3 word USA geo domain (real estate industry)

Bought at Netsol for $1 on Dec. 23 2018 and set BIN $2,300 on Undeveloped

Outbounded on 26th night to more than 20 end users (Facebook and direct email)

Woke up around 3am on Dec. 27th to see an offer of $1,500

I immediately countered $2,000

Buyer countered $1,500 again and said (Unfortunately that's as high as I can go. Thank you for the consideration.)

I come think am. Sleep no gree come again. I say weda to use delay tactics. My church mind tell me say I dey greedy. $1500!!!

I accept fasssssttttt!!!Dec 27th

The waiting game don start be that.

I took the liberty to search the buyer on Facebook. Saw her and noticed she is a very big realtor in that particular real estate subniche I targeted. (Meanwhile name was gotten from Expireddomains)

I added her as a friend and introduced myself. (Reason for this was to get her to know I am real ..... probably worked)

She was on vacation so communication was hell. But I kept communicating. Answering her many questions about her being skeptical about Undeveloped as a trustworthy company, transfer process, how she will get the domain etc.

This went on till Dec 31st when the buyer sent me a mail from Undeveloped that almost gave me heart attack LOL.

Undeveloped in their payment reminder to her spelt the domain name (the name of the city) wrongly TWICE in the same mail. Chai.

She said her trust don vanish that professionals cannot make such a mistake. Wahala. My brain went into overdrive.

I had to allay her fears by letting her understand that Undeveloped being a European country may sometimes get foreign names wrong. I agreed with her that it was unprofessional and that I will contact Undeveloped to correct the mistake.

She was happy.

I contacted Undeveloped and apologies were poured out with promises to rectify the issue.

I purposely didn't bombard buyer with mails so that she will not feel too pressured and back off, but I remember asking her when she intended to pay, cos with the landing page showing "Domain Sold", I may lose other prospects.

She totally understood my concerns and said she was on vacation and cannot do much until she gets back home. That if I want to back off from the deal she will understand...WHAAAATTT!!! Back off wetin!!! God forbid. I told her I will wait ooo.

Undeveloped sent second payment reminder to her on Jan 3.

Buyer assumed that she will pay extra VAT and started developing cold feet.

Those current with Namepros will remember the thread where Undeveloped explained thoroughly their VAT methods.

I smiled and explained the much I can to her that since she is from outside Europe, she won't have to pay any VAT. I also told her that I will tell Undeveloped to explain this to her. Undeveloped did and everyone was happy. LOL

Friday Jan 4th buyer paid. Praise God!

Undeveloped contacted me for domain transfer. Which I completed later in the day. But it was until Monday 7th that Undeveloped acknowledged it (they don't communicated weekends from my experience).

However, it was only on last Wednesday Jan. 9th that they sent the money ($1,365) to my dom account. They said ordinarily they ought to have sent it out within 1 business day from the time buyer paid, but because it was my first transaction, they had to make sure of certain things. They also rejected my request for Bitcoin payout because of the same reason. I can however request for Bitcoin payout from my second transaction.

Wire transfer takes 3-5 business days to hit your account.

Today is the 3rd day. Alert received around 1pm.

I had to write this long epistle not just our of joy, but to chronicle what it looks like dealing with Undeveloped.

Some sales may go smoother than mine, but this goes to show that if I never thought of searching this buyer on Facebook, probability of losing this sale would be high.

I registered 12 names with the $1 promo. Praying and hoping few more in same real estate subniche (sorry - won't reveal it for now) will sell.

As a newbie, and still learning. Try and target cities with population above 100,000

If you are searching your keyword on Google for endusers, if you see adverts appearing at the top of the serach engine results, that's a good sign that people want that keyword. So an enduser may like to have an EMD as his/her domain name.

Another tip. If you are setting your filters on Expireddomains, under Additional tab, at the bottom, tick the box that says Facebook Taken

It will show you domains that have Facebook Pages with the same names. For instance, if it lists lagosvetservices .com, it means you MAY see a Facebook Page with the handle @lagosvetservices

It doesn't always work but when it does, it is a plus. Just check if the FB Page is active. If the business has a website. Even if it has a website that goes by another/similar name, the business MAY want to own a name that matches their FB Page.

$1 promo give us a lot of room to lower our risks.

Meanwhile my alert says $1,345 instead of $1,365. I guess $20 has gone towards unexplained bank charges. Different story with different companies. When I sold some names on Namejet last year, I got the exact amount in my dom account.

Nothing spoil. To God be the Glory. More sales to us all!

PS: any typo? Pardon. Too happy to proofread. LOL.

O boy... See blow... Congratulations

I use firstbank with ease

Hello house

How do you send mails that get them to respond??

iykepromotions:
Name already registered by someone else currently listed at a marketplace with a BIN.

cc; Ginalex

ok.. So there's no way of buying it? Even though it states that it could be bought for $0??

Thanks for the mention by the way.

Please what does it mean for a domain name to be a premium? I saw one... For 0 USD, I want to know if it means it's a good buy

javaRookie:
30mins to 1hr later.

Iykepromotions boss i sight you.
I got this domain mansiondesigns.com and euroasiainvest.com but all my endusers are telling me they will contact me soon.
How soon is that?
Also help me appraise them.

How soon do u get these replies after outboundinh?

haykay2005:
Go ahead with afternic and reject undeveloped offer. Your afternic account is in jeopardy if you fail to proceed. You loose nothing by declining undeveloped offer. Your afternic account is very important. Cheers

Please could you throw more light on why the afternic account is more important than undeveloped?

Todayforexsignals.com kwanu?? Make I buy am?

tranxo:
It's a pity you have turned such a huge disgrace. À pro for that matter. I noticed you have become so highly and easily irritated these days. I hope it's not those small coins you get from your sales that have stuffed up your grey matter.

I still hold your domaining exploits in high regards, but your "longtime guruness" in domaining means NOTHING with this nauseating attitude you recently developed. Don't forget you were once a nonentity in domaining.

If you have nothing else to offer, leave us newbies alone. Allow us to pursue our ten ten kobo sales. Let us share what we have among each other.

We fall, we rise, we learn, we perfect. The spirit is the most important thing.

I still follow you on Namepros sha. Don't expect my response to your respons.... if you do respond.

RESPECT!

Nairalanders have snatched it. A guy from Awka registered it.

u didn't buy it before bringing it here?? Lol.. OK na

House, please what do y'all think about solarcityflorida.com

DonX001:
I'm very far from a guru, but I like the solarpaneltoday name. The first one isn't too bad though.
But bear in mind that both names may not sell fast. You might be able to sell the solar one fast with some outbounding, but it may not be easy as it's more of a futuristic domain (one that is likely to be more valuable in future, but may not be a hot cake now).

For faster sales as a beginner, I will advise you target geodomains. Those are domains that target a particular location, usually with a type of business. Eg Atlantaplumbers.com or Chicagowebdesign.com.
These ones tend to sell faster (though relatively less money- usually sell for a few hundred dollars most times except for really valuable ones), cos you can more readily find end users who will be willing to buy your domain name.

Read up more on geodomains online so you learn more about them, and which ones are valuable and which are not, so you can target them if you see them.

Thank you

Promxy94:
I like solarpaneltoday.com but let me advice you, what you think might sell well outside, might not, the business is to an extent unpredictable.

Therefore keep learning as am still learning

OK. Thanks for the response. Please how can I check if it qualifies for parking using Alexa.com or similarweb.com . Don't know how to navigate my way in those sites
