Amen.

There have been so much improvement. At first I was always having the attack but since I started avoiding what could caused it, I could spend like 6 months without any problem.
Mine was hard o, every month na problem. I didn't take any drugs throughout my asthmatic days or used an inhaler, only just on the first day it happened and I was admitted. I was in the hospital that day wondering if I was gonna die but thank God I overcame it with no drugs or inhaler. I'm perfectly healed, I can cook, bath with cold water and fry most especially dodo, I love dodo. grin

Romance › Re: Check Out Photos Of These Bridesmaids In Towel by Ginaz(f): 12:44pm On Mar 05, 2017
What rubbish is this? What is the significance or what does this solidify on her entrance to her matrimonial home?

Tying towel on chests with makeups to take pictures for us or her husband? OK, we have seen it and had clapped our hands over the pictures but what has it proved so far?

Can we use it and soak garri?

Some people need to know what is necessary and what's not needed, haba copy copy here and there.

Marry and carry yourself to your husband's house jare, you don't need our validation on your pictures cos our validations won't add any sensible drop of value to your marriage.

Girls please, while we all want our marriage to be the talk of town and make everybody drool with envy, let's remember the best things are done in secrets least we tempt unwanted attentions to our blessings.

The way they go about this pre wedding pictures is becoming dumb dumb dumb with each passing day. Everybody want a pre wedding picture that would break the Internet not a wedding that would last a lifetime time.

Hurlstarling:
Mine too was gone 5 years ago. It was a chronic asthma. Those days I wish I had died, you could always see in my eyes how much I hated life. Came to a point I took my pen I wrote this song:

"If I can just live a normal life
To smile and walk, and laugh heartily
Without pains as I on my bed lay
Then will I know that life is worth living

For now I see no sense in living
No worth placed on this worthless breathe
Why give life when you cannot sustain it
Only for it to deteriorate."

That was my song before God. Poor me then.

It could be a miracle, and it could be a traditional medicine I took (Squashed Garlic with pure water). Preventive measures? Never took any, I mean, there is no money to afford that, no oil? How will my family survive? Well now I'm glad I am healthy. I thank God for that though I still have issue with God when it comes to my personality (I am a schizoid)

Oops... Can't believe I am saying all these.
Sorry dear, thank God you past through. Don't worry everything gonna be fine with you if you believe in God and stop worrying about what's not. It shall be well.

I had asthma some time back when I was in secondary school I think. They took me to the doctor and he said I had asthma, though he didn't give me an inhaler but he told me what to be avoided. I should bath with warm water at all times, keep myself warm at all times, don't cook or fry anything. I had attacks once or twice every month, my mom would run up and down to keep my cold legs warm. My legs would be extremely cold to the touch, I won't breath without panting, my chest felt pressed like I wanna die.

I did all that and it just went away, for the past 5 years I've been OK, no attacks no struggling for breath, I'm fine. I'm still wondering how come cos I heard they have no cure for asthma.

I guessed I was lucky to be healed. It's a miracle

TV/Movies › Re: Big Brother Naija 2017: Live Thread by Ginaz(f): 12:41pm On Feb 24, 2017
Everybody on TTT's neck should quit biko, you're all condemning him as if you're all Saints.

Some men, that's what they do, they go about destroying young girls while at the same time keep their marital status like a plague.

Just cos TTT is on a national TV should not make everybody hit him left right and centre, Most men condemning him will have like 3 girlfriends at same time yet castigate him, what's the difference? The difference is because he is married? undecided

I'm not supporting him, but people just need to look at themselves if they are clean also. I'm feeling pity so much for him cos Nigerians are the most hypocritical people on the planet earth. What is he doing some haven't done worst?

Do you know the state of his marriage? If his family ain't on good terms? If something could be wrong?

He did wrong, YES! But then it's so easy to laugh at someone when you don't know half of the story. Enough of the shaming, live and let live.

I did after a month and some weeks, though it was not employment work. I was learning a skill, fashion designing (tailoring). I could not bear up with the stress, I had to go to work 8a.m then come back 6p.m. My body wasn't used to that kind of stress and broke down to the extent I couldn't eat at all.

I was losing weight rapidly, got sick week after week. I stopped and ran away.

Amarabae:
ok sister. I had mine at the age of 15, my big sis did it for me.
If you want to do the Tragus.
You take this step.
1. Get a needle. Though some advice against the sewing ones.
2. Get ur glove, dettol, cotton wool and soap
3. Clean ur ear with the soap or a dettol.
4. Sterelize the needle by holding it over a fire or flame.
5. Put a heavy wool at the back of ur tragus to prevent needle piercing into ur inner ear.
6. ITS THE D-TIME, use soap and water to wet the area, relax ur body, quickly and force pierce the needle through the tragus.
7. Leave it there for 10mins.
8. When you finally remove it, clean up any blood that comes out.
9. Don't put any earring there for 2weeks, let it heal up.
Thats it. I broke it down so that you will understand.
You can get someone to help you.
I'm shivering......needle and fire? I can't do it myself o shocked shocked
