Day 2 of 31

SOBIC And Company, the worst workplace in Nigeria!

Time for some ranting, as I said last Thursday, I handed in my resignation letter at this wicked workplace with horrible staff (Except the Training Manager and HR who are nice people for some unknown reasons).

So I called the foolish and idiotic BM of Gate Branch on Saturday to ask when they will pay me my salary, he said I should go to the head
office.

So I went to the head office on Monday so I was directed to the Admin Operations. The Admin Operations was telling me bullshit that I should have given them the two weeks notice before handing in my resignation letter after my monitoring money was stopped, I wonder whether they expect me to use my own personal money for mobilizing new clients sigh SMH. He even said he did not see the resignation letter and the letter has to be sent by the ICO in the branch to him. He called the BM and the idiotic BM lied that he did not tell me to come to the head office. A nice man beside him took my details and I left. I called the idiotic ICO and he said it was not his job to send the resignation letter that it was the BM's job. I called the foolish BM of the branch who just picked his call few moments ago from Admin Operations and he deliberately did not pick my call. I wasted 350 naira for transport to and from the place that Monday.

So the next day, I went to the head office with a newly written resignation letter and asked to see the Admin Operations, they called him and the nincompoop and asshole said he does not have an appointment with me. I went to the HR's office and he walked me out of his office. I was walked out of his office, can you imagine! sigh SMH. The Training Manager later came out to address me and said I should call the AM about the issue, I did and the wicked woman said she is not in office that I should come back two weeks later to Ojoo branch to discuss with her even after apologizing to her SMH after the staff have all been paid their salary. The AM that used to go the extra mile for me before decided not to help whatsoever.

I don't care that I am burning this bridge, I am not kuku coming back to it. SOBIC And Company pay me my salary, I worked hard for it and now! If not, I will continue to make this post on social media everyday until your image is ruined and the company run into the ground and that is a promise I am making and will do.

As for those looking for work in the Southwest of Nigeria, here is an advice for you, when you see SOBIC And Company interview and test, flee in seven ways and with your legs touching the back of your head as they are the worst workplace to ever work for in Nigeria. I can not even wish my worst enemy to ever work for the place!

I have said my own.

I rest my case.
PS - Update, I have copied this to the Nigerian Industrial Court, The Federal Ministry Of Labour And Employment, The Nigerian Senate, Edmund Obilo, Daddy Freeze, Chris Ngige, Godwin Emefiele, Yemi Osinbajo, Ahmed Lawan, Femi Gbajabiamila, EFCC and ICPC.

So whatever SOBIC And Company faces, I don't care or give a freaking Bleep about them! I am burning this bridge totally and will be seeing the ruins and destruction until it is totally destroyed!
its painful working without getting paid.

like what some peeps said, there is always a rule to resignation or termination which must be met, it starts counting the day the company acknowledges it, 2 weeks notice if hats the policy of the coy, fine.

I will say u wait for the final clearance first before dragging them cos as it stands, they might win the case considering the fact you have not handed over to who will be handling the portfolio u built while with them, i know how d lending business cos am there.

Lastly, make sure you have done everything on ur part before dragging them lest u will lost everything.

I hope you get paid soon.

Cheers!!!

Phones6g: Speeds Could Increase Up To 1 Tb/s, 8000 Times The Speed Of 5g by gingger(op): 7:36am On Feb 04, 2020
The world is just beginning to discover 5G but China is already looking towards 6G. The Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology recently launched preparatory work for the development of the future network. The foundations are already laid and in the opinion of some experts, 6G speeds could reach 1 terabyte per second, or approximately 8,000 times the speed of 5G.

PoliticsControversy Over Reps Move Against CBN Cashless Policy by gingger(op): 11:52am On Sep 20, 2019
The House of Representatives yesterday ordered the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to suspend the cashless policy on bank deposits, the implementation of which began on Wednesday this week.
Adopting a motion under matters of urgent national importance sponsored by Mr. Ben Kalu at the plenary presided over by the Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila, yesterday, the lawmakers said that the suspension of the policy would last until appropriate and extensive consultative process are concluded on the issue.

Consequently, the House mandated its Committee on Banking and Currency to interface with the CBN to ascertain the propriety of the policy in view of the prevailing economic situation of the country and to report back to the House within four weeks.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Accion Microfinance Bank Limited Job Recruitment (5 Positions) by gingger(m): 12:42am On Aug 23, 2019
Well, other position are juicy cool except for the account officer part. The 50k is for trainee, if u get to probation it's different similarly wen u re confirmed its different too. For an account officer a confirmed one if u meet ur target u re sure of going home with more than 100k.
Anybody who wants to counter this should bring proof.
For others getting discouraged, I will tell u to try ur luck. Those that was sacked may not tell u the full story of what happened.
Lastly the decision is solely urs.
Peace out.

Why i get the same 4GB for #1000 valid for 30days, grin who is cheating who now?

The 4GB for #500 might be more cheaper but it last for just 2days and not working on all apps but 4GB for 1k works on all apps and is valid for 30days.

Hi. Please try manually searching for Smile 4G in your area, using another network's 4G Sim. Go to your "Sim Card & Networks" or whatever it's called, make sure you switch to 4G/LTE only, then change "Automatic Network Selection" to "Manual network selection". Your phone will scan for all the available 4G networks your phone supports, and can detect in your area.
Fun fact, Smile uses LTE band 20 (also used by Intercellular).
The same smile sim works on the smile router with me. The only problem is that the router is light dependent. I just needed something I can use anytime

Same way. I believe if ntel works, smile should, unless you're using global rom.
It's a global version of RN7

macbeyland:
It's simple.

When you turn on the phone, type *#*#4636#*#* to bring up the phone information menu, then select the appropriate one for the sim slot where the ntel sim is. Change the network to LTE ONLY.. After that, turn on airplane mode and turn AP off after one second. NTEL network will appear and not disappear.
I actually said smile sim and I have tried all the above u mentioned I have seen ntel work for others mine is smile

Come, never say anything you dont know, so God wont give u double the pain i am passing thru right now. I never posted anything on any page till they blocked me yesterday. Even on the comment section it was just once and that was when the issue started. Read thru the screenshot and stop running your mouth like tap. It was when they blocked me i posted on all pages yesterday. Did you hear of anything like dis since 2 weeks ago, i have been trying to fight it secretly. I dont know you and i dont know how old u r, so i will mind what i will say to you on social media. Please respect yourself and park well if you dont have any reasonable solution.
Madam,

I think u should calm down a little the rate at which u attack anyone who tries to air his/her view is alarming. I saw all your post on fbk, its painful buying a phone at that amount and less than 3weeks gone bad.

As others rightfully suggested why not be patient with them or better still retrieve the phone and order for a screen then sell it out. I bought my RN7 at Pointek in Asaba and i have been enjoying it without any issue and its more than 2 months now.

Lastly, on behalf of we here(Xiaomi Thread), we re sorry for what befell your phone and all inconveniences too.

Regards.
