How do you mean by it wasn't coming up, i.e. no display, displayed
but with error message. Had you experienced this problem before?

Finally, restart the laptop with your charger plugged to mains; then
restart the laptop and keep pressing f2 for bios. Look for diagnostic
or power management and check the status of your battery.
Are you running Windows 7 or windows 10? Hold down the windows key
letter R and type in sigverif then press enter and check it signature authenticity

You will have to lose out some screws from the back casing and then use a flat screw driver ti jack it off. I wouldn't advice you do it except you are skilled in disassembling laptops.

Then disconnect the keyboard or find a way to disable the F2 key.

if that doesn't resolve it, you can try restoring your BIOS settings to default by doing the following.

Restart the computer. At the Dell logo during restart ,tap the F2 key repeatedly until you see Entering Setup in the top right corner of the screen.Depending on the BIOS, you may need to press a key listed at the bottom of the screen to load default settings. Press ESC to exit the BIOS, and be sure to select Save and exit.

go to the One-Time Boot Menu. Select the
Boot from Hard Drive option and press Enter. That should solve the first issue.
