I can't even stand coming to this section with all the tribal slurs and rubbish insults and comparisons while the owner seats and watch without doing anything.
This section alone have subconsciously made me develop a form of dislike for my fellow Nigerians from the other tribe even without getting to know them.
Useless section... ThankGod I'm gradually moving away from this platform before I'm totally corrupted.
Shame on Seun Osewa for not doing enough or laying out harsh rules to punish those disgusting sets of people always bringing about confusion. |

minato12: Ur phone has its own unique IP whenever it connects to the internet, it can never be changed, websites register and stores this IP's in there database server for easy identification of gadgets.., you can try everything but you can't change ur internet address IP, because everytime you off and on ur data, it generates another static IP linked to the original, it only displays when you are connected to the internet VPN changes this. All what was posted here non works as I have tried them all Only thing I think of now is the Android GSF which is always unique and only changes after factory reset |

Millerules: Hi. Have you tried resetting the AdvertisingID? I have used it once for an app to limit content. Clearing app data or reinstalling wouldn’t work until you do a hard reset of the device or reset the ads id.
Even Google uses the ads id for ads tracking thats how they serve targeted ads. It’s wrong though according to Android best practices if you are not using it for Ads related purposes. I have shared a link. Try all the possible ways highlighted there it definitely should be one of those.
Updated: I’m no sure even resetting the device would work as I believe it’s tied to your PlayStore account. So signing in same Google Play Store account should restore the previous AdvertisingID. I have not tested that before, you should.
PS: Don’t use this for illegal purposes oo. If you collect loan go pay am
https://developer.android.com/training/articles/user-data-ids I'll definitely give this a try. But what if the app wasn't downloaded from play store or the user haven't logged into playstore? Thank u. |

silento: I don't know much about app development on Android or iPhone , but on web , the tricks is browser fingerprinting
Then the hash will be stored on server When request is made u compare to detect new browser or device I believe android development pack will have something similar Seems you're the one who doesn't know how JWT works. Well thanks. |

silento: If u really under stand how jwt works u will know where am coming from You're speaking In parables I told u even if the app data and cookies are cleared the app is still able to know the device has been used... Where else are the tokens stored? Only factory reset works as at now |
Programming › Re: N5000 For Correct Answer: How Does Palmpay Do This? by gistray(op): 7:53pm On Sep 02, 2023 |
silento: Simple answer is your JWT token on the server
Any data clear or reset renders the old token on server useless , but still can be used to check infos If it's on the service then factory reset won't Make the device appear new to the app... After all the app have no way to know I did a hard reset Testing out the App ID the person above suggested. |

dongeneral455: DEVICE ID It is very common, and perfectly reasonable, for a developer to want to track individual installations of their apps. It sounds plausible just to call TelephonyManager.getDeviceId() and use that value to identify the installation. Every Phone has its own unique ID which can only be reset when the owner runs a "Factory reset" on their device. Let me test this out |

HelpMeee: Any time the app's storage is cleared or the app is reinstalled, the previous token becomes invalid and a new one is generated, hence merely having a list of old tokens isn't sufficient. A possible solution is that,in addition to having a token in their server, that token also has to be stored somewhere in the device's phone memory. So anytime the app is reinstalled, the token in the phone memory is what's used to compare with the tokens in the server. That's the reason hard resetting the device clears the token in the phone memory and the device is seen as a new one since no token can be found in memory.
Source: I've done this before. Any idea how one can know where the token is stored and clear without a hard reset? |

chukwuebuka65: . Alright. I've tried everything here apart from the google play part... I have root access to the device I'm using so I believe I've deleted everything about this app still yet. I'll use a new play account or install the app from raw APK and see what. |
