However it takes a visionary leader to invest on infrastructure that will bring socour to the state at large he's doing well on infrastructure and I believe strongly that by the end of his tenure he won't leave any salary unpaid

Your problem is your bias. An average white sees an average black man as a thug, through no fault of is own. It is called colour bias and mos t times when you think your female boss is arrogant, you are just being gender biased. Your female boss is not arrogant or troublesome. she simply wants to get the job done. You are the one with the problem. Be a good boys and girls and do as you are told. Being a woman does not give you right to question her authority or intelligence or act like you know better than her. If you were so good at it, you won't be under her authority!

However I do agree that there are bad female bosses but using that category as a yardstick for all female bosses is insane. Before you quote me again, you must be goddamn ready to tell me why we have bad male bosses?

To the ladies running theri mouths, you might end up being a leader someday. Don't cry wolf when you get unruly employees.

Please no one is saying all females bosses are bad especially the ones who attained the position through merit but the others who got there through others means they could be very wicked and mean especially the one I worked with. I seldom complain but for me to have complained about this one you should know it's serious this woman can curse anybody I wonder the kind of home she was brought up in

Well said, in as much as I sympathize with the workers I still think Ogbeni should be applauded for the numerous legacy projects he has embarked upon.

I think all we need do now is to give him our support and I know we will all applaud him at the end of the day.

Glo is the best Internet service provider. I used it while I was in Kwara State and the speed is amazing, and am now in Ogun State and the service is second to none.
