There is a bearing inside the clutch and I guess thats the issue. Mine was making such noise though toyota sienna. when am not using the ac, it becomes calm but when I put on my ac it starts making noise. I went to denso parts online and was able to get part number of the bearing. I bought the bearing on autozone, got a set of snap ring pliers and socket wrenches from walmart.com via my cousine. That made the do it yourself work easy for me. I searched for diagrams online to do it. So if u must do it, u got to do some research. Search for ur car forum to see how the problem is being solved before now.

The issue with repairs in Nigeria are the right tool and how to. This problem is less risky and easy than changing timing belt, water pump etc. But our auto technitians are seing it as no go area due to lack of update on their technical ability.

This a nice topic. Am always having things to do on ms word and coral draw. Which tablet or if possible slate with sim slot and usb will make easy travelling for me. I have laptop but it is bulky to me. Good again if android can allow me use these apps( ms word,excel and coral draw) though I have not used android b4 I wouldn't mind. Please let professionals suggest.
