Good day fellow Nairalanders... I am an oil and gas pipeline welder but because of the current recession am currently out of job. So i figured i should start a poultry business to help bring in some cash. So i bought 500 day old broiler chicks 505 actually, at the price of #150/chick, and i bought 40 bags of 'Top Feed starters' feed, that wont be enough but just for a start. . . The reason for creating this post is mainly to get advice from veteran poultry farmers as i am an amateur in the business and also to get buyers for my chicks when they will be ready.
.
Right now the chicks are chilling in the brooding house i made ready they are all active and theres no casulaty so far and i pray it remains that way.

This my whatsapp no: +234-8164349118

See what is happening here, it will help you to achieve your aim. Prevention is over important.

I didn't replace with any because I put some herbs (bitter melon, garlic and ginger extract, seaweed, organic calcium phosphate) in their water daily... I guess these are the things keeping them safe...

I have been sourcing for seaweed and organic calcium. Where did you source them from?

Dark logistics has bad reports here ranging from calling and not picking to 419like company and he or she did not come up to deny so definitely it is not a company to recon with. All these our clearing agent can you suggest a cargo company with professional value. Please not holigans infested company.

Autos / Re: How To Eliminate The Cost Of Servicing Your Engine by globalfanz(m): 2:38pm On Nov 23, 2013
philadee316: There is a product that will eliminate the cost of servicing your car and still make your car healthy.This product just get to Nigeria 3 months ago from the US.It has been tested for over 20 years in the US with industrial company and passed the test of reducing emission to about 20%,it improves fuel economy,it prolongs engine life and increases the engine performance. These are the other benefits of the product at glance;
1. You will go farther on a tank of fuel. Based on hundreds of tests and feedback, xft can save you between 7% and 20% on your fuel costs-Gasoline (Petrol or Diesel). A 150 gallon (570 litre) tank of fuel at a 12% savings would save 18 gallons (68 litre) per fill-up. Do the math. And many are saving much more than that.
2. You no longer have to use mid-grade or premium fuel in your gasoline (Petrol) vehicle, even in high performance engines. That will save you another 3% - 5% on your gasoline (Petrol) costs right at the pump.
3. Your vehicle will run longer and smoother, without all the problems that comes with a dirty, sludge-filled, corroding, sluggish, polluting engine. This will save you money on unneeded repairs and allow your current vehicle engine to last you much, much longer, eliminating the need to replace or repair the engine nearly as often.
4. This can save you money when it comes to emissions inspections or tune-ups. XFT is also very good for the environment and is a way for your company to become more “green” without changing how you do business.
5. You no longer have to empty or replace the fuel that sits in storage tanks or seasonal equipment such as recreational vehicles, boats, lawn mowers and storage tanks. That can also save you a substantial amount of money.
6. XFT is very inexpensive and you no longer need other fuel additives designed to lubricate, clean, stabilize or do the other things that XFT does. If you were to buy store-bought additives to accomplish the same things, you would put multiple bottles of products in your tank and spend about 20 times more money.
7. You can still generate dollars passively using this product and referring people to it. You can check my site or contact me for details on how to make money with this product. 08123091221,08055302935.Email:uncommonsenseng@gmail.com. url:www.uncommonsense.mysyntek.com

Who and who did the testing? Refer us to what existing users are saying about the product for the past 20years it is in use (product review). Again this a technical forum, show us the technical, chemical and logical proof of what you are presenting to us.

Hello buddies ! You mean should not use water at all on the radiator? I only buy a can of the common coolant and it to the water once in twelve months. Please advise. Thanks.

Check your owners manual or download one from online to see what was recommended but recently auto producers due not recommend ordinary water as coolant. You either mix distilled water to the recommended compound or you buy a premixed in the market.

cisplatin: Following smiley

Please what conditions could make the coolant level on the reservoir ever decrease?

I feel mine is decreasing after I noticed it has gone down a little from the level it was about 3wks ago.

Car still runs well though, does not smoke, does not overheat, and the temperature gauge never crosses the halfway line. 1999 Accord, I4.

If you have not used water in place of the coolant, it might be that there is a leak somewhere. Also check the radiator cover to see that the rubber lining is in good condition. If the cover is bad, when pressure rises in the radiator due to heat there could be leakage from the radiator cover.

pankere: Most of these foreign coolants are not available locally but I use one called prestone coolant. Its prediluted so no need to add water and it mixes with any previous coolant in your vehicle so no need to flush the previous one. And it also mixes with any colour of coolant in your vehicle. I haven't had any overheating problems since I started using it

I differ from your view here. Each auto manufacturer indicates their coolant type and its contents. Mazda will tell you silicate and phosphate free, Toyota will tell you red long life coolant etc. They have tested these chemicals in relation to the material makeup of where they will be flowing through and temperature effects before making their recommendation either in their user manual or through their dealers. Mind you, to get optimum performance from you auto or any other machine, you must follow the manufacturer's philosophy and prescriptions unless otherwise advised by the auto experts who might have also done their independent tests.

This thread has to do with coolants generally, their importance, effects on your car if not properly taken care of and the proper time for flushing them. Generally in Nigeria, water is always used as coolant due to ignorance. Each make of auto has its coolant. Recently I had a discussion with a brand new Mazda Hiliux-like owner and he told me he uses water to fill the radiator whenever he wants to go on a long journey. You should know that if you do the right thing, you will not be needed to be filling always even during a long journey. I looked at the sticker on the reservoir tank and it says use Mazda FL22 coolant. I have searched our auto parts I have not been able to get this coolant. If you have one please do let me know, I would want to assist the man do a total flush. Besides, you do the filling if necessary through your reservoir tank(normally white in color). Post your own coolant and what you know about it.
