Religion / Re: 10 Reasons Why You Should TITHE... by GlobalVillager: 3:30pm On Oct 25, 2015 |
I have read all the reasons but im still not convinced. My simple question to all tithe collectors and tithe givers is WHAT HAPPENED EATING YOUR TITHE IN THE PRESENCE OF GOD as stated in Deuteronomy 12:17. When this is answered, I will come back and tell you why I'm not convinced by your post. 1 Like |
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Why Are Nigerians Scared Of G.N.L.D by GlobalVillager: 3:48pm On Aug 07, 2015 |
SylarsMcQuins: Im not going to talk about GNLD alone but on all Network Marketing company A Minister in Nigeria once said that most Nigerian graduate are not employable and we all went agog insulting him and calling him all sorts of names. I realised that this statement from the minister is somewhat true. Network marketing requires a lot of both soft skills and hard skills to succeed and very many of this companies are ready to put you through on this skills as long as you dont quit. These are the same skillsets that you will need in any job you are employed to do. Ability to see an opportunity in every situation is really lacking in our youths and this is what most of them are displaying here. I can bet it that 80% of people who has commented here have never tasted any of these companies but they will pass comments just to hide their weaknesses. GNLD is never a scam, but some of the desparate elements in the business are giving it a bad name by promising people a job rather than the gentle man way of giving invitation. I have never done GNLD before but Network Marketing have introduced me to great people in my life. I make money from it but the values it has given is far greater than the income. Nigeria youth should stop the blame game and hate game. Opportunity sometimes come wearing rags. 5 Likes |

Politics / Re: Rise Up KOGITES Against All Odds! Time For Us To Wake Up by GlobalVillager: 3:54pm On Dec 28, 2013 |
I weep every time I step into my state. No good leader since 1991 No good road both state and federal ones Ajaokuta steel industry is still crawling after 30 years We have obajana cement and not even 1% reduction in unemployment in the state Our senators and honorables think of their pockets and pockets alone Our chairmen and councellors are opportunists Lokoja, a confluence town, has become an eyesore even to passerby Armed robbers have taken over our road because of the potholes and ditches Yet i dont think you can get to any higher institution in nigeria and you wont find us in large numbers, either as students or lecturers. Go to unilorin, abu, atbu, unijos, futa, ui, unilag, unad, bida poly, uniabuja, kad poly, uniben, just to mention a few. In the federal parastatals we are highly represented. In the private sectors, our illustrious sons and daughters are big players. We are all in other states making it better for them. Kogites, we have allowed ethnicity and tribalism to eat up our brains and that is why we cant think and cant stand against this rot. Let me stop here because my heart is really heavy. Let us SIT BACK AND THINK PLEASE Whatever it will take to move this state forward, i am in full support . 1 Like |

Raxz: if u are not in anyway current with the happn in Nigeria political land scale then u better read the handwriting on the wall bro I'm still on the fact that you should speak for yourself. How can you say one Gen. Onoja, who is only popular in his clan, is speaking the mind of the whole Middlebelt or North Central (whatever). I'm from this zone but will never support any candidate from "core north", neither will I support your Jonathan. Thats my point. |
