Don't mind the gullible ones. My twin sister's son had problems with his legs and could not walk. The pastor's wife told her that the son stepped on poison kept for someone else and she believed and did not take her son to the hospital. I immediately sent 15k to her when I heard it and believe you me, I don't think she spent up to 5k at the hospital, not even an xray. Just physical examinations and drugs prescription and the boy was running about in 2 days.

You can find out yourselves, they don't have a vetted list of surrogate mothers now but maybe they will get to that level in the future m

So this lady eventually died.
I was at the emergency ward at LUTH when the police brought her. She was still talking with two legs cut off. She was begging please don't let me die.
That LUTH is an evil place. The doctors seems to admit emergency cases and abandone them to die. This lady had every reason to survive. She was very conscious but they kept asking who will pay for her and looks like they abandoned her on the bed.
I myself had to bail out to another hospital after sitting outside and watching the body language of those doctors.

LUTH again? So they can't treat and detain her there is payment of bill becomes an issue?

Mr, i was there. they tied the legs with rubber. She was not bleeding. It was LUTH that did not attend to her on time. She was left on the bed, no drip, no emergency measures, no nothing.

Somehow. The pressure to get pregnant has started building up & I need to find a way out of it. I have 4 beautiful girls that every family should desire to have. I mean well mannered children. I had a boy too but he died after spending much to keep him alive (35 weeks, 5 days gestation ). I adopted a son and am cool with him but this demand for "flesh & blood " is what I did not envisage as my biological children are not aware of my son's status. He remains my first son, even if God brings another son my way. He is my son and has same rights with others. My husband is proud of the 5 kids and adore the stubborn little boy (), really stubborn but I understand his desire and I can't blame him. He is human

A friend is currently going through same procedure after trying for 4yrs. She wants 2boys and 1girl (triplets).
I don't like the fact that any one is trying to blame the husband_ she is wearing the shoe, and knows where it hurts.

Personally, if I have just boys or girls without the other, I would go for IVF and select my preferred gender.
Not because I feel any sex is better than the other, but I want both_ there is beauty in variety .

My SIL and BIL have 3/2boys respectively, they both want a girl...it isn't always boys people are looking for.

Exactly what I have in mind, sex selection and surrogacy.

glossy6, either contact Nordica or any fetility clinic. Most consultant OB/GYNs know or have a list of vetted surrogates. They will inform you of the price (it used to b about N1.5mil) but at least you can trust their surrogates. There used to be a lady on NL who apparently also ran a Surrogacy firm (cannot remember her name). To get the best answers, join the IVF thread in Healthcare section.

Thanks. I contacted The Bridge Clinic and they advised I bring a surrogate along. I will try Nordica as suggested
