The thing is, they need proof that u finished both primary and secondary school. Since most ppl don't have FSLC, u can substitute it with your primary school testimonial. You still need to bring secondary school testimonial. Go to your secondary school, you'll be given.

The said they will give testimonials when schools resume and that will be too late by then. Schools in Lagos will resume by September 11th & that is the post utme date

Education / Re: University Of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) Aspirants by glossy6(f): 7:21pm On Sep 01, 2017
Daniel2802:
I can only answer the second question.

Documents Required For Your Online Screening:

Soon, around August UNN will announce her screening date after which you will be asked to upload some credentials online for the screening.
There won't be physical screening, you are not supposed to come to UNN for such screening, it will be done online.

Below are the documents/credentials required for the online screening:

1. YOUR JAMB RESULT:
Either original print out or result notification is accepted.

2. YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION LETTER:
Simply go to your local government headquaters and request for it.

3. O'LEVEL RESULT:
Either Waec or Neco is accepted.

4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR AFFIDAVIT:
If you don't have your birth certificate, simply get an affidavit from any court and upload.

5. FIRST SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE:
If you don't have this, you can use your primary school testimonials.

Make sure you get these credentials ready before August to avoid running in confusion when the time comes.

Which of the testimonial is required? is it primary or secondary? Some secondary schools are yet to issue Testimonials for the last batch of students. Secondly, some states no longer issue the FSLC. What can be done in these instances?

Business / Re: Unilever Plans N4.3b New Investment In Nigeria by glossy6(f): 12:44pm On Aug 20, 2017
Allwility:

That was rude. Yes, I also dont think N4billion naira is that huge an investment to require all this publicity considering the fact that they are not raising the money from their company's earnings but from the N50billion rights issue.

Any sound investor can see that Unilever is playing with figures here. What's driving their growth? Pricing actions and exchange rate cross savings are just technical terminologies unless they want to say the CBN is giving them dollars for raw materials at the official rate.
If their H1 result is that fantastic, why dont they raise the money for the new project from their earnings? Watch their next year results and see if it would be this 'good'.

Your brain dey there!

The Britons are very brash and crude when it comes to business. Watch them bring in obsolete machines just to cart money away from the system.

So sorry if it sounded like mockery. My intention was not to make a mockery of anyone. I just wanted sincere explanations about how WAEC GCE is. And you've said it all. You just inspired me. And you don't know it! Thanks, anyway. I appreciate your comment

It's alright. Just work hard. My 2nd daughter has enrolled for this year's GCE too and am hopeful that she makes it.

70% of first borns nowadays are illegitimate.
DNA test is advised if there is any suspicion.

For some maybe. But as for me, my oath of fidelity and chastity in marriage still stand and God made me believe that no temptation that is beyond will come my way. That he will provide a route of escape for me. I've been living separately from my hubby for 7 years running and am still willing to be subjected to any conceivable test to confirm any act of infidelity or otherwise.

Wow! Are you serious?? What were your grades like??

I wanted to ignore your seemingly mockery, questions but decided otherwise.

I made 5 clear As and 2 credits when I wrote my GCE exam in 1991.

Now my daughter wrote GCE in 2016 while in SS 2 & credited 6 papers including Maths & English but failed Maths in her Waec, although she passed the other 8 subjects.

I know that it is competitive because I am an Accountant, hence my worry
