I can never again stay with any land lord again. Most of them are so terrible. It is only a fool that will use other people's properties anyhow. I don't do that. My land lord is just victimizing me. How can you say I can't use Gen in the morning or I can't spread my clothes on the line? You won't believe that I'm spreading my clothes on fence after paying 420k. I'm just praying that my rent should lapse so I can leave. Living in that house is like hell for me!

Imagine. I put hanging ropes for all tenants, even people outside my compound spread clothes in my compound. Outsiders fetch water too but my tenants insisted they will not share their water with outsiders and locked the taps. Kilo komi? I have my own pumping machine. I cook and give out my food to them, even lend them money when they are in need. They will always beg for more time before paying rent and we give that Grace. As for gen set, you can put it on from 6am but it should go off by 11pm and i think it is fair enough. Me and my husband are gainfully employed and don't see the tenants as lenders. But some landlords sha and some tenants no be here.

Anyway, ours is a happy family. We live in peace with one another. We as landlords give out Christmas gifts to tenants every year. We gave out 1 goat to them last Christmas and the compound hosted a party for all occupants. Come and see dance and merriment. And this is Lagos compound. None can be like us. We have our whatsapp group where we all chat

Hmmmm. Engineering is worst, that's where you get real discrimination. Am speaking from experiences. My elder brother had to re enrol with UNIBEN & started at 200L after his HND to avoid work place discrimination that was almost crippling his career. He was so angry when I went to Poly to read accounting and I will tell you, there are discrimination out there. I got out of that by getting qualified as a Chartered Accountant and even at that LASU said I had to start from 200L not even 300L to get a degree. I ignored them and went for MBA.

HND holders in engineering are referred to as technicians while their degree holding counterparts are called Engineers

Suspected herdsmen!!! Now the question is; why would any "herdsmen" just wake up one morning and start killing innocent people indiscriminately even without any provocation? From this report, one can clearly see that the herdsmen and the community have never had any clash, no herdsmen/farmers clash was ever reported. I googled and studied the demography of that nimba uzo community yesterday, and I couldn't even see any place were a single cow can graze. The grasses over their were not the type of grass the average Fulani cattle will eat.

Anyway after I did my little research, I sent my work to the appropriate person. Like I always said, this "invincible herdsmen" story must be unveiled. And the truth will speak at last.

Just like I anticipated. No proof whatsoever but everyone has resorted to insults. Someone even said that he just passed some Fulani herdsmen in Enugu. I mean the same Enugu that many people came here to tell anybody that cares to listen that "all Fulani herdsmen" have abdicated some few days ago. Why are people contradicting themselves for goodness sake?

Anyway why did the moderator changed the real heading of this thread? Very funny. Initially I thought some logical minds will counter my claims, but I guess I underestimated the thinking and reasoning capacity of some people. Fulani herdsmen might have committed one atrocious act or another in the past, but this latest claim that Fulani herdsmen ransacked nimba community is what I will never believe until I'm shown concrete evidence. But for the meantime, whatever anybody say is just hearsay and I will never take such reports any serious. Fulani herdsmen are not invincible for crying out loud. I'm sorry if I didn't sound like the average typical Nigerian to you people, but facts{thats if there's any}shouldnt be fictionalized
