A leading project management training institute is organising a series of FREE project management seminars from November for 500 participants only. I would recommend that you have a pre-determined pricing for your ident work and that you should seperate the pricing that way it doesn't get hazy when you are asked for a particular service but you can also create a package that sums it all up but in doing everything, you should seperate the website from the package that should be a package on its own.

Be bold and stick to your pricing, initially it won't be easy but as u hang in there, the people that can pay will show up then to get into the large clients just do good work and have great customer service and pray well and you will definitely make it.
