I think it's because the average Nigerian does not really enjoy reading or writing. Even when Nigerians drop reviews on those aforementioned e-commerce websites, they are usually very short and devoid of helpful details.
It's most anger that tends to educe a lengthy rant from most people.
I also think that it would go a long way if the sellers will ask for reviews after they have fulfilled an order.

I don't get it. Why is the phone so costly?
It's an almost exact replica of redmi 7 apart from having a bigger battery, so why is it so much costlier?

Lol,if you actually know the meaning of sexuality, you won't make this comment to condemn the person you quoted even though he may have sounded harsh. This whole thread's motive is the OP educating people about his/her sexuality. Sexuality means sexual identity/orientation of a person.
In this context, op is talking about sex not sexuality.
The issue of sexuality was only brought up by people who asked.
Yes, sex and sexuality can be interchangeable but in any discourse where the two issue are mentioned they are not used interchangeably. In such a case - like this one - sexuality is about orientation while sex is about biology.

Just shut up if you don't have anything good to say, people like you are the reason why it's so hard to have intelligent conversations in naija, wonder why reddit is so much more educative than nairaland.
Aswear. The difference between Reddit and Nairaland is too extreme.
Even though oyibo people can troll/joke around, more often than not, intelligent discussion can be had.
It also helps that in reddit, nonsensical posts can be downvoted and as such, thse comments will appear last.

Mi video player is easily the worst video player in the world, yet, in the infinite wisdom of Xiaomi they decided to make it the default video player for their phones.
Whenever I want to watch a video, I'll have to change to another video player and it's very annoying.

Hollywood is definitely going through retrogression. It seems to be heading down to the level of Nollywood, for they seem not to be able to produce great movies these days without the infusion of magic.
I can confidently tell you that you don't watch up to 20 percent of all Hollywood movies produced in any given year.
There are a lot of interesting indie movies that don't make their way to cinema or even movies that are poorly marketed and as such they fly under the radar of most people.
It also depends on the genre you are into.
Action movies have gone downhill anyway and as such, if you are someone who watches mainly action movies, you could get disenchantment with time.

Triangle 2009

After a terrible accident at sea, a woman finds out that she is in a time loop. The movie follow our protagonist as she tries best to "play her role" in the time loop, break free and return to her child.

The movie has a good setting, the cinematography is OK and the acting is great. The movie is also kinda bloody so I guess it's a horror?

It also handles the concept of time loops in a less generic way. Since the advent of Groundhog day, movies that are about time loops usually follow the same generic formula, but it's thrilling to see this movie take a different route.

The best way to to describe Triangle is a mindfuck.
There's a shroud of mystery on where the characters we are watching are, why the time loop exists or even if the event happening is real.
The ending however is open for interpretation. For instance, I believe that the time loop is not real and that the protagonist was dead the whole time.

This movie gets a solid 8/10 from me. Try and watch it if you can.

Mortal Kombat legends: Scorpion's revenge 8/10.

A very nice adaptation. Way better than the old animated series. I really hope they make a sequel or another for a different characters. I don't know why they never use that mortal Kombat theme song.
Not using the Mortal Kombat theme music was a real missed opportunity

Doctor strange 6.5/10

I saw this movie last night and almost forgot I did. I don't plan to see every movie in MCU but I find the character of doctor strange very alluring and always assured myself that I was going to see his movie and when I finally did, it was such a letdown. I still like the character tho, but his origin movie should have been way better than that generic CGI show off, and people actually compare this flick to the first iron man movie (maybe due to the similar story arc, but for quality, iron man is way better, and iron man sucks! grin)
The CGI is not generic in any way.
IMO Dr Strange has one of the best CGI in the whole MCU.

Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge.

MKL:SR is the latest installment in the Mortal Kombat cinematic universe. It's a animated movie that tells the origin story of scorpion along side the events of MK1.

This movie is easily the best MK movie every made (even though that isn't saying much considering that the live action MK movies are shit), But then again the movie is really good.

If you are a fan of over the top gore and violence, then, this movie is for you.
MK games are one of the most violent games out there, so it makes a lot of sense that a good adaption of the game should also have a lot of gore.

The movie has a lot of fan service and features a lot of popular faces from classic MK. the voice acting is serviceable, and the story is averagish.

The animation is good but I would have preferred if the movie looked more like the 3d Resident Evil animated movies or even cutscenes from MK 9/X/11, however its not very distracting.

Overall, the movie is really entertaining and the fight scenes are top notch (you even get to see the x-ray of some moves like in the game.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself so I'll be giving it a rating of 7/10.

Color our of space

Color out of space is a cosmic horror movie starring Nicholas Cage and a bunch of other nameless actors.
The movie follows a family living in a remote farm that begin to experience many strange phenomenon after a meteorite lands on their farm.

The movie is visually stunning at times, thanks to the Color Out of Space, but apart from this, I don't think that there is any other thing I liked about this movie.

The acting in the movie was atrocious especially from the youngest actress. She didn't deliver single line of believable dialogue through out the whole movie.

Everyone in the movie is dumb is fu*k and whenever they are presented with a set of decisions, they always go for the silliest one. I know that making stupid decisions is a very common trope in horror movies, but this movie takes that to a whole new level.
The only way their decision process could have made sense is if the "Color out of Space" made the whole family retarded.

The logic of the movie is also very inconsistent. The rules that the movie established are very vague and thoroughly confusing and to cap it all The end of the movie is thoroughly unsatisfying.
And to make matters worse, for a "horror" movie, Color out of space is not even remotely scary.

Color out of space is best described as the incestuous offspring of Annihilation and the Thing that bears similarities to its source of inspiration, but is so hideous deformed.

I'll rate it 1.5/10. It's a total waste of time, don't bother watching it.
