I don't quite understand where the new Watchmen series is coming from. From what I gathered, it's a prequel to the graphic novel but the story I've seen so far is not that compelling.
The graphic novels storyline was quite epic so why not just do that?

A big fat wallet

I have noticed that for sometime now, whenever I buy Airtime with my Diamond/Access account, I'll be debited but I'll not receive any airtime.
This incident has happened on more than 4 occasions and whenever I call my service provider they will tell me that the problem is from my bank.
Is there anyone else experiencing this?

I have question for the purpose of learning, what is the probability of NNPC posting you out of your state of origin, and how far from it can you be posted? Using Lagos & Engineering as a case study (say mechanical)

NNPC does not have a subsidiary in all states, so, it only makes sense that some people will be posted outside their state of origin or residence
