As theories go, this is not the most farfetched one I've seen, but the circumstantial evidence given for this narrative is weak.
Firstly on being no one you change faces only to change identity and I'm unsure whether a change of face automatically trans-mutates the physique into that of the face owner and i believe, not know for sure that there's a strong argument for that. Changing faces is like drawing art on an empty board piece i.e, there has to be a board piece! So for the waif to actually be arya, she has to have cut out her own face first before cutting out arya's and wearing it.
And on killing walder Frey with her right hand, i have to watch that scene again but I'll believe it is because it was more convenient because of where she was standing in relation to the position walder Frey was sitting.
And circumstantial evidence to prove arya isn't the waif is that she was extremely relieved and Happy to hear that the starks had winterfell and Jon was king in the north that she let go her vendetta and chose to go home because why faceless men might duplicate the memory and character of a face they wear, they don't duplicate their agendas, their agenda remains their own!

I didn't believe the theory at all but the points made were convincing to some extent

Just so that we are clear, the injury for which she was being treated wasn't sustained in the encounter with the waif in which the waif lost her life, it was sustained in the previous encounter with the waif on the bridge over the canal in which the waif came in the form of an old shuffling lady. Arya survived that attack though i think she shouldn't have and she was already receiving treatment from the actress who she refused to kill, she was patched up, bandaged up and recuperating. The flight from the pursuing waif is what reopened those wounds. Not that they were actually new ones and i believe arya expected another attack from the waif and set things up in such a way as to present a facade of vulnerability while setting up a trap of darkness her most recent ally for the waif and guess what? It worked!

Oh yeah! You're right. But there's a theory on one of these youtube channels that Arya might be dead. The narrator explained that it made no sense as to why Jaqen will name Arya 'no-one' for killing the waif AFTER permitting the waif to go after Arya and kill her(punishing Arya for not killing the actress). So, he concluded that the waif might have killed Arya thereby using her face all this while and Jaqen was actually referring to the waif as no-one for killing Arya. The narrator also buttressed his point by claiming that a left-handed Arya suddenly became right-handed when she was paying for a cabin on her way back to Westeros and when she slashed Walder Frey. The explanation made me think that was probably why Nymeria didn't follow Arya when they saw each other.

Most of them are very good actors but I'll single out some I think did extremely well:

Lady Mormont, that kid is everything. She takes her lines perfectly(bt we don't know hw much work is done bkground to effect this)

It's hard to choose cos left to me they're all good professionals but I'll say so far Yara Grejoy has been doing a 'not-so-perfect' job. I think she's supposed to appear like a tom-boy but most times especially during dialogues she doesn't portray that boy-girl who is vicious and lethal during battles.

The cockless Grejoy is coming back to haunt 'Euron'. He's suffered enough, this I'm sure of. You guys should cut him some slack.

Cersei has more enemies than allies. She's really in for a fight, she needs Jaime now more than ever. If Ser Jaime withdraws his support then she's doomed.

Dany is more or less like other Targaeyans before her, she seems to be getting 'fire-hungry' as days pass by. Dany thinks she's unstoppable, when news of the fall of Yara and the Dorne sisters get to her, she go sabi as e dey go. Varys might fall her hand later.

Jon had better not disappoint me any further by bending the knee to Dany. This castle and ruling thing seems not to be his thing, dude loves to be on the road. Well, one can blame it on the way he's brought up tho. #TeamJonSnow

My ranking is by age of each dynasty as in the unbroken lineage of rulers from progenitor to current title holders. Targaeryens only rose to nobility 300 years ago, stark dynasty is thousands of years old

Going by your formula, Baratheons would be last amongst the major Houses followed by Targaeyans cos both were made in the last 300 yrs and other houses(Stark, Arynn, Lannister, Tully, Martell, Grejoy, Tyrell) were the 7 kingdoms before the invasion of Targaeyans.

I was more interested in personality than in appearance, on targaeryens looking more majestic than baratheons, that is your own opinion, even cersei was head over heels in love with Robert when she first met him in his prime looking wild with bloodlust and rage in his eyes, he was every bit the image of a warrior king, as was renly too, though renly lacked the iron and mettle of his brothers that's why Ned was first confused when he saw renly.
And baratheons are also descended from durrandions in their earliest female line and have had targaeryen females thrown into the mix every now and then.

From what I know, House Baratheon started from the bastard of King Aemon(not sure) Targaeyan I, the conqueror. The Targaeyan king that conquered Westeros centuries back. I'm nt sure of his first name.

In terms of nobility in westeros, starks come first, then arryns, lannisters, martels, then we have targaeryens, Tully's, greyjoys baratheons and tyrels. My ranking though i didn't put into account the old royal families like the Mudd's, green hands, durrandions, harrens and em.......... Nevermind

From what I know sef, dude was the cause of Ned's death. Lyanna's kidnapping was not the true start of the war. Jon Arryn was the first to raise his banners against Aerys after the latter asked for Jon Arryn to send him the heads of Robert and Ned. Robert and Ned followed suit by calling their banners when a bounty was placed on their heads. The murder and branding of members and heirs of various houses started the war.

Yea, Lyanna's kidnapping was the precursor of that. If Lyanna hadn't been kidnapped, Ned and Robert wouldn't have started the rebellion and Jon Arryn wouldn't have raised his banners against Aerys.
