[@ Poster]I know most of you will tell me to leave him but it's not that easy, the commitment and the sacrifice i have made in this relationship would not make that so easy for me. And above all, i love him so much! Am perplexed.

You know the truth, if you like stay there and allow this animal to kill you so be it. I dont understand why some ladies cant just take a decision especially when your life is at risk. This guy is not a man at all. There are better men out there. I hope you will still be alive to read my post because my response is late. |
Just today i convinced 2 more people to vote for Buhari and i know he will WIN |
He has been doing that for years now. Kudos to him. Lets learn to share our blessings with others |
Ivory Coast: French soldiers 'hand Gbagbo to rebels' French soldiers have seized Ivorian leader Laurent Gbagbo from his residence and handed him over to the opposition, a Gbagbo aide has said. They reportedly went in after French tanks advanced on the compound in Ivory Coast's main city, Abidjan, following French and UN helicopter attacks. Mr Gbagbo is refusing to cede power to Alassane Ouattara, certified as the winner of the presidential election. UN peacekeepers accuse Gbabgo forces of endangering the civilian population. "Gbagbo has been arrested by French special forces in his residence and has been handed over to the rebel leaders," presidential spokesman Toussaint Alain told Reuters news agency from Paris. News of the arrest was later confirmed by the French ambassador for AFP news agency. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-13039825 |

@Wetu I Tim 2:4My dear Wetu, lets learn to understand scriptures within the context and not just pull a verse out . Uncle Paul was admonishing the young pastor Tim on focusing on his ministry and he never said occupying a leadership role in the governance of the country was an entanglement. And being in Politics is a calling for some people who have the passion and are ready to establish righteousness. Rev 1:6Am sure you understand the priesthood(holy order) and kingship (political) order in the scripture quoted above. Remember David was a priest and yet he reigned as a king and he was the only man in the scripture that God referred to as being after His heart. Our Lord Jesus interestingly is scripturally referred to as Son of David. Are you now saying that God is not interested in politics? Have you forgotten it was God that chose David as King? |
True servants of Christ should not be involved in politics (2 Timothy 2:4) let alone campaign in church.@Wetu I disagree with you that true servant of Christ should not be involved in Politics. Though I TOTALLY disagree with the actions of Pastor in question. |
A friend of mine who attends one of the largest church in Lagos is very worried. He loves and respects his pastor a lot until today. He came into the office very disturbed. He told me that his pastor was leading prayers on Wednesday service and calling people that wont vote for GEJ rebels and also accusing such people of breaking spiritual authority. I was perplexed because i happen to respect this man of God as well. What do you guys think? I believe a pastor can canvass for a candidate of his choice but not to use spiritual blackmail on his members. I want to hear from you all. Selah. |
To my late dear Mother, Folorunsho Margaret Odusanya I dedicate these songs to you 1. Dear Mama By Tupac 2. Heaven Please by Timi Dakolo and MI I love you Mum. |
Nice one |
BB already stated CATEGORICALLY that the office of the first lady wont exist during their tenure. Remember she was not even in the limelight during Buhari's military regime. And Pastor Bakare remains the only pastor in Nigeria (That I know) whose wife is not a pastor and also not in the pastoral board of the church. Pastor Tunde will tell you that, God call me and not my wife , simple! |

For me, we need a radical change in Nigeria and the only pair I see that can bring such a change is BB. |
, a few weeks to come, imagine if you hear on the media the following results of the Governorship elections: PDP, 2,998,457 ACN, 2,346,109 Labour, 25,000 ANPP, 650,000 Tell me, whats going to happen ?? |
[s]Well at least his infrastuctural achievements in lagos are visible.[/s] I can see you are one of the deceived. When a man is doing 10% of what we voted him to do and you all are praising him. I still cant understand Nigerians. |

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2011/02/fg-bars-service-chiefs-ministers-others-from-use-of-tinted-glasses/ ABUJA – The Federal Government, yesterday, announced the ban of the use of tinted glasses by Nigerians, including the Service Chiefs, the Inspector General of Police, ministers, members of the National Assembly, Judges and other top government officials. Minister of Police Affairs, Mr Humphrey Abah, who made the announcement, yesterday, however noted that President Goodluck Jonathan, Vice President Namadi Sambo, Senate President David Mark and his deputy, Speaker of the House of Representatives and his deputy as well as state governors and their deputies were exempted from the use of tinted glasses. Explaining reasons for the ban, which is to commence from Monday, the minister said the measure was part of security strategies being put in place to guarantee security in the build up to the April general elections to “help us overcome the challenges of modern crimes like bombings, terrorists acts and the movement of arms and explosives.” Disclosing that by his announcement, all hitherto permits or authorisation given in the past for the use of tinted glasses stood cancelled, the minister stated that vehicles with factory fitted tinted glasses which are verifiable would be exempted from the ban in the interim. He said the government action was covered under the Motor Vehicles Prohibition of Tainted Glass Act Cap M21 (An Act to prohibit the tainting or treating in any other way, any glass fitted in a motor vehicle so as to render persons in the vehicle obscure or invincible), adding that all states Police Commissioners are to ensure strict compliance with the directive. On punitive measures to be meted out to those who ignore the government directive, the minister said any such violator would have him or herself to blame as Policemen at checkpoints had been given directives to stop such cars and physically remove such tints from the vehicles once it is discovered to be fitted films. What a stupid reason!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I dont understand this government again!!!!!! Is anyone thinking at all in Aso Rock?? |
@Image123 Exactly my point, let everyone be fully persuaded in his mind Roman 14:5, what ever is not done in faith to that person its a sin. I dont think God will be so involved with a our kobo kobo, God does not need the money, its the people that needs it. God only wants our heart to be in tune with His will. Its not the amount or where it is paid, its about the commitment to a principle, tithing. So where ever I pay my tithe do not matter, As i pay the tithe, I also pay offerings in so many ways. Let everyman be fully persuaded |
Zikky my brother I agree with you that tithe is not negotiable. But I do not agree that tithe cant be split or pay for missionary who are on the fields. |
@Zikky of course I know that tithe is 10% and definitely i know about tithe. its 10% and who says I cant divide the 10% and pay into two places ? scripture did not say where, its says, store house and not church. So your understanding of a store house is relative, from the name store house, its a place where the tithes can be accessed and distributed for the use of the ministry. Is mission work not a very vital ministry work? Zikky, dont be legalistic here, try and think and see what am saying, remove all the doctrines and open your heart. Our God is need oriented being, and i dont think God is monitoring where you pay or dont pay, its about your heart obeying His commandment. Talking about using the 90% for other things, what if the writer is already spending the other 90% judiciously and hey! what he decides to do with his 90% is entirely his business. |
@Zikky, let me break this down for you, lets assume my tithe is 4kobo and i decided to pay 2k each to my church and Missions, now how does that break the tithe? Mind you the tithe is not about the money but the act that comes from the heart. Please don't also forget that God looks at our heart and not our acts. |
