Dude, all the very best. Different advices will flood your post.. But my own 2 cent-
1- God first. He'll always sort you out. Trust him.
2- yes, you can go to your parents. It helps to remove some pressure while you sort ur self and find your footing. No acute pressure of what to eat, utility bills etc. Squatting with with friend is never like it.
3- make your plans whole there. Don't plan to stay there to long. However, man proporipo, God disproporipo grin

Religion / Re: Ladies/women That Do Not Cover Their Hair In Church Are Sinners. (bible Proof) by Gme01(m): 5:56am On Sep 20, 2015
fantazia:
1 Corinthians 11:3-16 is submission to the God-given order and "chain of command." A "covering" on a woman's head is used as an illustration of the order, headship, and the authority of God. The key verse of this passage is 1 Corinthians 11:3"But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God." The implications of this verse are found in the rest of the passage. The order is: God the Father, God the Son, the man or husband, and the woman or wife. The veil or covering on the head of a believing wife showed that she was under the authority of her husband, and therefore under submission to God.
Within this passage is also verse 10: "For this reason the woman ought to have a symbol of authority on her head, because of the angels." Why is that important to angels? The relationship of God with men is something that angels watch and learn from ( 1 Peter 1:12). cc lalasticlala, obinoscopy.

Chai. Nigerians- sir, did you also read down to 1 cor 11:15 that's says that 'the hair is given to a woman as a covering? The commandment was to have the 'head' covered, yea?? And the 'hair' is given as a covering- in the same chapter....

Bro, finally, its not our place to judge fa.
Cast the first stone if you are without sin..

Bhabe, I get what you saying but you need to decide what you want.. it's a good thing waiting till marriage but don't flog the poor guy if that's what you both agreed na..

Then secondly, the best way- always has been, I wonder why we all get scared- is talk to the guy.. If you considering a life partnership with someone, then no topic is off limit fa. Find a way of talking to him.

Try and kiss him one day and see..

Nairaland / General / #letgo- The Art Of Being. by Gme01(m): 9:47am On Sep 13, 2015
So many times, we all feel pressured to be awesome (team Awesome- sup y'all cheesy grin cool), to be outstanding.

While that's an awesome thing in it self, I just wonder at times at the pressure we put on our selves as human..

Stumbled on this video on YouTube and decided to share. A video in which women advice their younger selves. And truth is everyone can learn from it- the art of #LetGo and enjoying life/ breathing. Hope we learn something y'all.

Music/Radio / Re: A Top Nigerian Artist Just Offered Him 5M To Buy His Song... Should He Sell? by Gme01(m): 9:07am On Apr 04, 2015
Hi. I think he should sell- my view. Since its from him- talent cnt die! While African queen brought Tu face out, other songs kept him dere. And he doesn't have to be a musician to hit... he could be a writer : while the accolade is less, the singers will pay their nose to get him to write. Promoting a song takes work. So my view: sell, use d 5 mill to wrk more and he should get acknowledgement as the writer of said song...

I felt with a humble heart to pray for our men of God who all came and stood together in faith to pray for peace during the just concluded presidential election and seek God's intervention for a safe transition of power... It could have gone the other way, but God's intervention saved this nation from going down.... May God continue to strengthen them in faith, health and in all desires of their heart.. As they have taken their time to pray for the nation and encourage our president during the tough times, may their days be long and fruitful...

God Bless Nigeria

Are you kidding me?? Some dt prophesied that GMB will loose

I think our major thanks should go to God almighty who heard the prayers of the populace - everyone who lifted their voices to God: the shoemaker by the road side, the mechanic under the car, the ss3 kid who just wrote jamb and wants to enter school, the everyday people.

God heard us and we are grateful.

We acknowledge our spritual leaders though cheesy
