No, the present Ebonyi does not waste resources, if you were keen enough while watching the video, you'd have noticed there were no foreign contractors on the scene, unlike other states that pays huge amounts to foreign coys to build roads and other basic infrastructures that Nigerians can do even better, at the fraction of the price.

I'm from Ebonyi and I'm of d same opinion.
Ebonyi doesn't need an airport now based on scale of preferences.
Enugu airport is just 45mins away,same time it takes som1 from Karu in Abuja to get to Abuja airport.
Secondly, Ebonyi doesn't have the economic activities or population that can make an airport viable.
Same with the nearest towns in other states.
Either they are typical villages or have other airports like Owerri, Calabar and Enugu closer

You fail to forsee and plan for the future, I hope you're not doing same in your financial life.

When the federal ministry of works and infrastructures starts building and maintaining critical infrastructures all by Nigerians and not relying on foreign companies, only then shall we have something close to the skylines of Pyongyang, then Tokyo.
