That was a painting done by a talented child painter ( a much grown adult now) named Akiane Kramarik. In her tender years, she had visitations to the realm of eternity and saw Jesus regularly. The accuracy of the painting was also validated by another little child - Bobby Colton (somewhere in the USA) who had an out of body experience while he was undergoing a surgery.

Personally, this makes perfect sense, for instance, the hair you see in that picture does not look "European" as the Renaissance artists painted Jesus into the figures we see every where.
