The answer to your question Is as simple as ABC.These names(Enlil,Enki,Anu) are of divine origin and used in the world of spirit beings.God has been manifesting Himself diversely with a view to adapting to the changing cultures of people he manifests Himself to.In the Bible,Yahweh appeared to numerous people bearing different names.The fact that people that compiled the bible didn't use these names you mentioned does not negate the truism in the letters of what they compiled.
