chaiiiii, I no fit forget my bashing experience cha, I just finished Dads car,so I requested for the key from him to park it to the garage position,he didn't wanted to give me coz he said I am not perfect yet, I told it just to park car now, so I entered the car,Did the normal gear, I was struggling with the Steering coz I heard my dad shout outside saying ,turn the steering to the left,meanwhile my leg was on break, all of a sudden ,when I straighten my hand, the car moving didn't satisfied me, I didn't know the spirit that placed my leg on the accelerator,and bingo the car moved so fast and hitted the nearby shop close to the garage, u need to see shout from my dad, that 1.6milla, the shout brought pple within the neighborhood thinking someone died...
I thank God coz kids normally stay beside the shop , assuming they were there, I would have killed them, the car hitted the shop and stop it from moving..

since then, oooo, I no wash the car and I no step inside or not to talk of doing my normal phone charging..

As someone who works in the airport and witnessed the whole incident, I would say the police attached to the airport tired and they didn't run as people were saying, they protected the airport, (what they were supposed to do) we all laid on our belly, cos they told us to lie down, the real issue is in as much as the bureau de change operators have to work in a liberal economy of forex exchange, they should be some control how cash is been displayed and all around the airport!

The general state of security gives some cause for concern sha anyways..............cos the whole incident was embarassing, see oyinbo, friends, families and even foes all lying down and crawling! Smh!

As a individual who has worked at MMIA for close to 8years now, I believe the present minister is trying her best, but I feel there are other facilities that need serious upgrading!

Eg the conveyor belts, the departure level has 4 conveyor belts, that have been installed since 1976, these conveyor belts as so old and worn out that people's bags are damaged when they are sent on it, the conveyor belts at the arrival hall is more appauling, passengers have to wait for 2-3hrs for their bags, I feel these should be improved.

The rest rooms are in a sorry state, we don't need a fancy rest room, we need functional rest rooms!

The elevator is a night mare, I was jammed in it for 45mins, it wasn't a funny sight!

I know and agree the minister is working but these facilities require more urgent attention than the car parks!
