danzaki63: At the bolded, I thought dangote refinery will sell fuel to other countries in dollars. The current weakness of the naira will have no role to play in this scenario. Even nnpcl are going to be buying from dangote in dollars until October 1st when we begin to sell crude to him him naira. 9 Likes |
Politics / Re: More Refineries Shut Down in Europe Reports Say by Godfullsam(m): 5:25pm On Sep 16 |
I still don't understand why other European refineries will shut down because of dangote's refinery. Does that mean all these refineries are only supplying fuel to Nigeria? Or is dangote planning to flood the European markets with cheaper petroleum products than these other refineries? (Which I seriously doubt) I don't get it. Even Nigerians who are suppose to be highest beneficiary of the dangote refinery will now be forced to buy fuel much high than the imported fuel. 14 Likes |

tete7000: The marketers are complaining because they can cannot sell the millions of litres of diesel they have in stock at a lower price. It will be a disaster for them. They are always happy when the price of petroleum products are increased so that they can quickly jack up the price of the product they already have and make quick dubious gains. Oil marketers and fuel station operators are evil . 2 Likes |

tutudesz: Banditry is now a booming business in the north. Very soon, they will be paying tax to the state government. PHIPEX: I never supported balablu, obi or Atiku. I am proudly among the few 14,000 voters that voted for Sowore. So you guys can keep yourself because you are all the same supporting different candidates with the same ideology. Because I said you guys should stop condemning all yorubas for Tinubu's woos because not all of us voted for balablu, that doesn't mean I supported bulaba. There is a particular man in our office till date who is not answering my greetings because I always criticize Tinubu. That doesn't mean we are on the same page o, because I don't like your candidate either . I see all of them as the same, including their supporters. 1 Like |

Franking: Stop generalizing You be mumu. Common sense should tell you that all yorubas can not criticize Tinubu. We still have those will always support him even if he do worst than these.. We still have many yorubas and hausas who will vote for him in 2027 despite the challenges we are face now It doesn't mean all yorubas are supporting him. There are hausas who are still shouting 'sai baba' during buhari's bad tenure and there are people who are still mourning obi failure despite the obvious fact that he was not a good governor. The case is the same every where. 2 Likes 1 Share |

That is why most critical of this balablu maladministration are the yorubas despite the fact that Tinubu is a Yoruba man. No body can perceive afenifere to be a branch of criminal ipob because of that. You are just trying to involve your people in a matter that doesn't really concern you people. 80 Likes 4 Shares |

I will ask him to resign immediately and tell Nigerians where he will like to spend the rest of his life between kuje or kirikiri prison. On a serious note I will ask him to fix the exchange at 700 naira/$ peak and ban bureau DE charges with immediate effect. Let importers register their companies with the cbn and be directed to designated banks strictly managed and supervised by the cbn for dollars. I will ask him to give all the service chiefs 2 months altimatum to end banditry and kidnapping in the country or lose their jobs. I will ask him to implement state police without delay. I will ask him to start selling petrol to dangote in dollars if he cannot sell his product to Nigerians below the current price. I will ask him to return impose 50% subsidy on fertilizer, electricity and tractors. I will ask him to give nnpcl till December to fix port Harcourt refinery or face over hauling. I will ask him to keep the salaries of law makers at same level with that of the perm secs of the federal ministries without allowances. In will ask him to end contract works and wage disparities in all government establishments. Finally I will ask him to go to hell because balablu won't do any of the above. |
