To partially answer your question, Dangote will not only supply Nigeria, it will meet the need of many African Countries and even some european countries too, because our Naira is weak and hence it will be cheaper to buy from Dangote.
secondly, Many european countries are going green, by buying more Electric cars and so on.
As the report says they are converting their refineries to non fossil refineries.

At the rate Electric cars are being manufactured, even Dangote will have to convert part of the rifinery in future to non fossil oils.
