There are lots of African leaders with very little resources who are doing very well at the moment.

Tanzanian president, Rwanda president, even Ruto in Kenya is doing fantastically well for his country.
Love him or hate him, the south African president is doing very well and SA is currently the largest economy in Africa with over 500 billion dollars worth.

Egypt too is not left behind, the have the second largest economy for a reason.

I can go on and on.. president tinubu doesn't come close to any of these leaders in terms of policies performances and reforms despite the large resources at his disposal.
