Fellow citizens, Nigeria has failed and It's time for the country to be restructured. Let us split into 5 or 6 countries based on current geopolitical zones. We would agree to share the oil revenue for the next 15 years because, we have been together for 60 plus years. The 15 years will allow the individual countries enough time to build the necessary infrastructures it needs to survive, like major roads, ports, power stations, international airports, new smart well planned capital cities, etc. Also the south south will get the lion share of the split oil revenue, ( SS=12, NW= 6, NE=6, NC= 6, SE=6, SW=6. On average $42 billion oil revenue income) but after the 15 years elapses, no more oil sharing . Each country should finally now rely on their national resources and human capital etc. This will foster competition and development and it's the way to go as no one will feel left out or marginalised.
