I think you are asking the wrong question. This question is like the Muslims asking, 'Where did Jesus say, I am God worship me?'. What you as an outsider do not know is that YHWH does not explain or tell anyone what His next move will be.

YHWH did not in plain terms say the Messiah will come twice, that is because, He is not under any obligation to do so.

To Moses, He gave visions to see what happened in the Past, while the John, He gave visions to see the far future.

It'll be the duty of the parent of the Jewish boy who is expected to know how their God operates to tell his son, 'Don't conclude with YHWH', because another prophet may just come up with new prophecies.
