When discussing with a stranger ( or anyone for that matter) always do so with humility and respect. You have no idea how much they know and how much you can learn from them.

What do I mean? I know what it means to lose one's peace from obsession with sexual thoughts or issues and I know what it means to get your peace back.

•You've been told to repent (which actually means to change your thinking about something and that you've demonstrated) but let it be turning to God and not just away from masturbation.

MY EXPERIENCE
For the sake of those who have given their lives to Jesus and still experienced sexual obsession like my case was, let me share this.

I got tired of asking God for forgiveness and I asked for Him to help me. God, in His kindness replied me and His response woke me out of slumber.

He said 1. You know what to do (true) 2. You are still enjoying the act (mine wasn't masturbation but also a sexual obsession); when you are ready you'll do what you should. (Very true).

--- You see I knew that as human I can exercise my will power against any sin. I did that for a while but the temptation was persistent because this was not just a sinful idea or thought, it was an evil spirit trying to gain control of my mind. ANYONE, CHRISTIAN OR ATHEIST, CAN HANDLE TEMPTATIONS AT THE LEVEL OF WILL-POWER BUT ONLY TO A DEGREE.

--- I knew that yielding to the temptation gave the evil spirit power to take control of my thoughts but I yielded and the spirit did and constantly pumped dirty stuffs in. I kept yielding because I enjoyed it but I would ask God to forgive me because I knew He doesn't like what I was doing. At this, because I yielded, I became obsessed (what some will call addiction)

--- I knew I can command evil spirits in the name of Jesus to leave my mind but I didn't-- I wasn't willing to because of the deceitful, pleasurable bondage sin brings. Soon I forgot my authority.
But having to ask for forgiveness again and again got me to that point when I knew I needed help and got me to ask God to help me.

**Finally, in agreement with the wake up call, I commanded the evil spirit to leave my mind and go in the name of Jesus and INSTANTLY, the dirty thoughts stopped streaming into my mind.

**I also asked God to cleanse me from inside out (doing anything repeatedly affects you psychologically and physically)

** Thinking about God, His words and worshipping Him in songs, prayer and OBEDIENCE : maintaining my relationship with God and His people keeps me strong. I don't to struggle with sexual and other temptations because I maintained my love for God and God's presence rather than just trying to run from a problem.

" Our God is a God who saves;

This incident happened in Ogun state, she is below 18 and not married. This follows that under the law, she lacks the authority to provide consent to the act especially when the partner is an adult.

Thus, this is a rape. We need to see rape beyond forceful sexual intercourse to include wilful sexual intercourse with a person who lacks the authority to grant consent e.g child, drunk, person with mental disability etc.

I have seen how helpless medical science can be trying to save lives when it gets to a stage. At a point, doctors conclude that what the patient need is just Tender Loving Care. They can't stop the disease from progressing, they only want to improve life quality as the patient pass on.

The good news is that with God, nothing shall be impossible. This is more so because when Jesus died on the cross, He did not only die for our sins, he also spiritually carried away ALL sicknesses and diseases so that when anyone believes in Him, there will be a physical manifestation of what He has already done.

The spiritual controls the physical. Jesus already died for our sins and carried away our sicknesses. This is very real in the spirit realm. Satan and demons know that they no longer have the right to oppress people with evil but they will keep doing so if you don't believe in what Jesus as done for you.

Don't let your relatives die like there is nothing else you can do. Stand up for them in faith. The Bible says through faith, among other things, "Women received their dead, raised to life again." Hebrews 11:33-35
God doesn't love them more than you. They simply believed and God showed up for them. If Jesus raised the dead back to life, how much less a challenge is healing someone who is still breathing. Jesus said if you believe, you WILL see the glory of God (John 11: 40). He said, it is not about Him being able to solve your problem but about you believing.

" Everything is possible for him who believes," Jesus said. (Mark 9:23)

Don't ever give up. Doctors are not God. You can neutralize a doctors negative report by believing the name of Jesus- Jehovah saved. Medical science still has a long way to go but Jesus is Lord over everything. Turn the case over to Him and see a perfect restoration.

The Lord showed me yesterday that there are Atheists and Agnostics who belong to Him- that they are sheeps whom He wants to bring back to His fold. This agrees with this scripture:

[Jesus said,] "I HAVE OTHER SHEEP that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also.They too will listen to my voice, and there will be one flock and one shepherd." John 10:16 NIV (Emphasis mine)

The Lord said they should be treated as HIS sheep who need to be brought into His sheep pen. They are on Nairaland too. I have not been relating with them as the Lord's sheep who just not currently in His sheep pen. They need to hear about real miracles happening in real people's lives.

So kindly share your testimonies of supernatural experiences.
For example, if you've already gotten a doctor's diagnosis that says a situation is not medically possible in some ways and you experienced answer to prayers with confirmed healing from the same doctor please share with us.

What's in for me?

•He can give you direction and help you to know exactly why you are here. You may set great goals, achieve them and be called successful but when you have not agreed with the goal behind your being born to the world- which you didn't set- you would still be a successful failure. He can give you greater ability to help people and enjoy the fulfillment that comes from it.

• He can protect you from dangers of human wickedness, foolishness or ignorance, including protecting you from yourself like a mother protects her baby from unintended self-harm

• He can provide for you when you obviously need help. "Obviously" I said because many people wonder why prayers don't get answered while they spend time asking God to do both what God has given them ability to do and what God is meant to do. God is principled. He doesn't answer irresponsible prayers. It is okay to ask for guidance, not asking God to take over ones own responsibility.

• He can give you peace and joy in the midst of the worst of events and make you come out of the experience a better person.

My own experience is that I had more success when I started depending on God while focusing on my own responsibility- not doing one and leaving the other.

- I passed exams "more brilliant" classmates failed

- I escaped making wrong decisions that superficially looked like the best (an example is a job I got on a platter of gold in a place where Boko Haram started attacking after I decided not to take it by divine guidance immediately after NYSC)

- If you knew the kind of fears that once ruled my mind, you can appreciate what it means to have peace like I do when everyone around expect me to panic.

It all boils down to believing in Jesus Christ and living by His word- the lifestyle of His Kingdom. God does His part, you do your part.

Don't look for evidence in religion. It's confusion you will find. Stay right there in your room and tell God with all seriousness, "God if you truly exist please reveal Yourself to me." By the way, I never said evil will end in this earth. Evil will not continue forever. It will be be temporarily controlled at the reign of Christ on this earth (Revelation 20:1-6) and totally eliminated in the new heaven and new earth. (Revelation 21:1-4).

It's wrong when Christians use the sword of God's word( the truth) without love. You sounded like someone who care more for the truth than for those for whose sake truth was given.

I was at home one day when I sensed in my spirit that God wanted me to visit an hospital patient at a time I was not supposed to be there. After a while, I obeyed and visited. Pastors all perform tricks to deceive the gullible. No pastor has any supernatural power anywhere, they just stage manage their shows or trick people into believing they were healed, no clear cut healing miracle has ever been recorded all of them are questionable, no amputee has ever has his/her amputated limbs restored through any pastor, no pastor has ever healed any baby that is suffering from down syndrome. When there was the Ebola outbreak no pastor dared to go near any Ebola patient and lay hands on him/her. Clear cut miracles do not happen.



Christianiy is not a form of science because it is not testable, it's assertions can not be repeated, tested and demonstrated to be true, through any form of experiment. Christianity is a faith based system of belief.



I believe in magic and I have seen great magicians like James Randi explain the tricks they employ and how it works. They have demonstrated it in the open, there are countless videos on Youtube explaining how magicians use tricks to do all sought of magic. I have never seen any pastor explain how his miracles work, and I have never seen any pastor perform any clear cut miracle. many pastors have been exposed as fakes because all they do is lie and stage manage their so called miracles. No miracle claim is real that is why no pastor can heal any amputee and restore their amputated limbs back.



Religion has no evidence for most of it's assertions, because the assertions are mostly the mythologies and fictions of the ancient people that founded the religions.

The head of your ostrich is still buried in the sand, how will you see the evidences all around and in you of the existence of God.

You see the world the way you want to see it and not the way it is. I became a Christian by a miracle and no one can become a Christian without this miracle. (Going to church regularly doesn't make one a Christian.) I have seen breast lump disappear in a medically impossible way, I have witnessed other miracles of healings, provision and answered prayers. And when I said " I have seen" and " I have witnessed" I'm talking about what God did through me and what He did in my own life. God has also shown me things that later happened the way He showed me. These things happen to Christians not necessarily Pastors.

Miracles happen everyday-- at least you can hear about some on Turning Point, the Supernatural and other Christian TV shows. Don't just sit down there and be trying to convince yourself that truth is not true. You are on your own.
