So the grande finale of the competition was held on 4th of May 2019. Camp was awesome and the competition was damn tense. TBH I thought I didn't even stand a chance to make it to top 16. Everyone came prepared and I was kinda the exception. Didn't ace my charity icon, couldn't even afford my costumes, suit was whack. Lol. So technically I just took myself to lagos with just myself, by myself, on myself. Lol

Well all thanks to God and my appreciation to you guy.
I was called up for top 16, before you know top 6.....ahhh. That was when my chest started doing me jigim jigim

All the same, I never expected to be even a first prince talkless of being a second runner up. When I was announced as Mr Ideal Tourism, I went blank cus I never experrerit

I wouldn't say it will make my future brighter, but if I could go back to school- I would allow school pass through me i.e, socialise and do fun things. I lived a very triangular life. Didn't want to make mistakes or disappoint my dad, who means a lot to me. Now I am older, I work more than I unwind. Them no dey learn left hand for old age.

I am not advising anyone (lady) to get dickstracted, but it is advisable to build healthy relationships and create memories while in school. When it is all over, you get your First class, 2.1, 2.2, 3rd class or pass...the bond created would come through. You think of your colleagues, friends, lodge mates, fresher's night...etc and smile. The memories will last a lifetime. These memories and experiences, helps in shaping us.

Also, do not listen to those people that will tell you grades do not matter. Get good grades, then we can talk about Martha.

OP, please it is "I'm" (being I am) not "Am". Make a conscious effort to unlearn that "Am".

pls do not for any reason regret ur being focused while in school. i think it all boils down to knowing urself and what works for u. you knew ur kind of person that the only way u could excel in ur academics was to be anti social and focused on ur books hence the triangular life. I also share the same experience as u but i have no regrets cos it paid off at the long run. you think to get a 2.1 in a federal sch is by playing around?
But then pple are different. it could work for some. so,then it boils down to knowing ur kind of person and sticking to what works for u cos trust me, u cannot eat or cake and have it.
