Security via digital means goes deeper than mere CCTV installations..OK let's say a criminal is detected on live cam, what is the police's response time? Does the state have an existing database of residents? Does the database have a facial recognition, dental and fingerprint software?..these are few of the numerous questions that must have a positive answer before they think of these installations..unless na avenue to loot funds. 1 Like |
