Hmm, I see.
Will check it out when I have time for Animation comedies, when I'm done with Harley Quinn series.

My faves still remain : Family Guy, American Dad and Sponge Bob SquarePants. grin

The only toon series that can rival South park is The Simpsons.

Rep, rep, customer. Label the reps as reps and the customer as customer. Hope that helps.

Hello guys, please how do you label a call in which 2 reps were first conversing and after a while a rep hands over a customer to the other rep? Am I to strictly keep the owner of the call as the rep and the other rep and customer as customers?

My RQR is 2.909. I've been waiting for them to deactivate my account as they threatened by the 17th which was yesterday...the account is still active..I hope they'll pay me the $5 on the account before they shut it down if they eventually do though..

Why not just do it the normal way. Its fine if you fail some, just learn from it and get better. Your method is easier but it won't help you get better understanding of thier accents. If uk call is too difficult kuku do mainly US calls until you can attempt it again.

Good point. I only do this when I'm out of release tokens though... back against the wall.

I wish I could just hear them well. the only consistent thing I hear is all the profit is going to the Investor and they don't have any incentive to overcharge.....They always start wee at the middle wahala starts....anyway o let me know yo secret o...I don't watch British movies like that.

No secret o..I mostly watch American movies but I try to put myself in their conversation and anticipate words or where their talk is leading to.

Another trick I learnt recently is downloading the call audio file, (this is illegal according to the terms and conditions but I delete immediately after) upload to the Otter analyser app on my phone and get a transcript that isn't the finished product but can help me get those mumbled words that would've been misheards or inaudibles.

seems like everything is funding circle this days, they are good at spoiling my rating ...they tend to mumble words, I can't come and kill myself ...how I miss the SOR ...can't anyone help me understand how to go about funding circle.
Funny enough, my only 5 star rating has been from them..out of 14 jobs done..the rest 4s and 1s..weird journey so far

How do I get started with the stuff. Can I skip those long rules and regulations?

You can't run before you crawl. Read this thread from page 1 to at least 15, read qa's FAQ and script sample thoroughly. The only shortcut in this whole process is maybe the entrance test clip 6 cheesy

There are lots of calls on the queue. It's been like that since around 12. Mainly S*R calls so they're good. Better wake up grin because later today, you'll not see any.

Yeah yeah.. smiley my first call was a 2 minute call with a rating of 2. Wasn't really worried as I knew it was my first ever job there and I'd improve..later took a 6 minute call and got a rating of 4

No calls on Sunday. Calls are most available from evening to sometime in the morning from Tuesdays to Saturdays.
During peak periods there'll be calls throughout the whole day. Maybe you always log in at the wrong time. You also have to keep refreshing to get a call or an easy one. From Tuesday, you can refresh the homepage at regular intervals.

Oh..thanks for explaining boss

Hello everyone...these past few days, I've read through the first 30-40 pages and followed everything to successfully set up my accounts on qaworld and PayPal. Thanks for the information. But..I haven't seen any calls on the queue for the past 2 days. Is everyone experiencing this? Or is it due to my bronze label?

Pikin wey wan spoil go spoil... I've lived all my life in Rivers State, Rumuokwuta/rumuola area, an only child to my dear mum. Most of my childhood friends are either dead, in prison or real rugged armed robbers. In spite of pressure, I never joined any bad gang even when I got into Uniport in 2012...I graduated well and clean in 2016, served and doing well now... If I pointed my roots to a stranger, they'd doubt me. I am the exception to that "show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are".. Once again, pikin wey wan die, go die.

Oga Na conquering,Epl best player doesn't come from a team who finished 10th on the table

Van dijk also conquered the Epl as Suarez gas done ,you think say he easy ? Why dem no give player from people wey win league

Look at it from the prism of another sport. Basketball. Giannis Antetekuompo of the Milwaukee Bucks won the MVP award while Kawhi Leonard single handedly propelled the Toronto Raptors to winning their first ever NBA title. Which of them go beat their chests say them conquer the league? I rest my case.
