The fact remains that Transsion is not as durable as Xiaomi or others. Tecno provide no software support. Redmi Note 4 users now receiving MIUI 11. Isn't that something encouraging?

Imagine Tecno W3 implicating my colleague just for connecting phone to PC. He copied WhatsApp to it. Unplug it, during WhatsApp installation, phone dimmed and died forever. A phone brought out from carton..

Same Tecno W3 implicating me just for doing hard reset and till date. Dead to the fullest.

I ordered the redmi 5 plus about 2 or 3 years ago for a friend through noobody here on nairaland.
His previous device before that was cubot x6.

After using the cubot for over a year, he sold it. I personally warned him against getting tecno or infinix device, but he wanted a device urgently so he said. I followed him to a plaza where he got the infinix note 4 pro for around 68k or there about. Guess what... he sold it after two weeks of use. Before asking my opinion on the xiaomi redmi 5 plus, which I ordered for him through noobody. And from that time till date. He is still using the redmi 5 plus.

That is the only instance that can be verified and proven true here on nairaland, so I will leave at that.

Meanwhile, I bought the second redmi 8 today as planned. 4/64, that is two redmi device in less than a week. No be money too dey, na say whoever I give am to no go come with shocking complaints.

It's only on a transision device you will be seeing all types of system failure including contact not responding, Facebook has stopped, camera not found, Instagram force closing. Silly stuffs like that.

The day I ran MIUI on infinix Smart 2, that was when I realised it isn't about Qualcomm or Mediatek. It is about OS optimisation.

If you don't know. Let me tell you something secret (I pray this doesn't harm me). Let me not say cos it is a top secret about what Transsion is doing..

But the truth is that, it is very hard to see someone use xiaomi and leave the brand for other android device..

Where I blame Transsion devices is their Skinned OS.. It has a very high crash rate. Devices made after Buhari became president are subjected to poor quality.

Unlike Apple, Transsion doesn't go for component that had least failed operation. They take all (both most failed and least failed)..

Tecno had the market because they were the first to give Nigerians market Android! They were the first to sell low end android okay?

OPPO is a far better phone brand than Xiaomi any time any day. If anyone is in doubts check the Xiaomi thread its one complain or the other about the phone purchased.
I am 100% sure no OPPO user who INDEED have the phone can ever complain of any issue. Please take note of the INDEED cause am sure some fake Xiaomi OPs will come with rubbish talk. Am into Politics not Phones but from my readings and seen proves I drew this conclusion be guided in getting a phone. OPPO is legit.

This is apple unlike every other android phone that can die on Flash..

If it is not successful, it will return to the same mode beside, apple allows only one way to get their device flashed!

Meaning, your NAND (Hard disk in layman's tongue) is faulty or not contacting properly to the PCB (Panel) due to rust or loosed connection..

Doesn't it lag? I have handled more than four and directly out of the box..
The A10s lags beyond imagination and keeps me wondering if it is a factory problem..
Device in question is SM-A107F...

The A10 seems better of than A10s for what I have experienced...

A boy got his phone stolen. He previously used Oppo A5s.. When He came last week, we tried to convince him to buy xiaomi (Just to make xiaomi guy make some sales because they are sacking them if they don't meet up), he couldn't just buy xiaomi. Rather he decided to step higher to buy Oppo A9 2020...

Two weeks ago, a girl we were able to convince to buy XIAOMI called stating how she is not happy...

Reason: some xiaomi Ops was the reason she was misled to buy the xiaomi . She said she preferred her former phone itel than what she is using and wants to sell..

Note: The former oppo salesman in my office uses Redmi and later switched to Oppo A5s..

The current xiaomi salesman is using Oppo A9 2020
