The face unlock works flawlessly. It doesn't need camera to work unlike others.

Hmmm... You need special order if your choice is xiaomi. I don't even know the device to recommend.
But for me, I have glo router. Am always on WiFi. I also have 3 month data of N1000 these data retailers sold to me on my line. When am out of WiFi reach, I use my data.

Sometimes if my WiFi turns off. I use my iPhone SE too.

This is how life has been easy for me.

You might say am biased. But I am saying this based on personal experience. Redmi 4A ( 2GB RAM) was far more fluid than Infinix Note 4 Pro.

I just wish someone will use both devices to understand.

Of course, Chrome with many tab opened will take more RAM. Using heavy apps will definitely not last long on the memory.

And this goes to all android phones. RAM was enough for us during the era of Jellybean.

Got my Redmi K20 Pro. I gave up waiting for Global variant.
Bought the Chinese Variant, Unlocked the bootloader and flashed Official Global ROM (Raphinlin) via fastboot.

Now I am on Global..
Battery last longer than Pocophone F1 (which was my previous device).

Onscreen fingerprint not good for me though. Not satisfied with the mechanism.

Back camera from stock is better than Gcam.

I frowned at the pop up selfie before but now, I am loving it.

I was like you (apart from iPhone cos I never liked it). Until I realised that getting more of what a phone offers is much more important to being loyal to brand name.

I will say this any day any time.

MIUI is the reason why I will constantly choose Xiaomi devices over these phones you mentioned. Miui is my thing.

For these new set of Samsung like A20, A30 etc. I love them but I haven't had extensive experience with them.

When you buy the Samsung, that's when you will achieve the main regret.

Battery life in Samsung is terrible.

Don't underestimate MTK.. The sluggishness experience using Tecno devices are not because of the processor. They are slow due to poor OS optimisation.

Have you seen MIUI running on a Tecno device? It is very fluid.

I can confirm for Tecno W2..

It installs unnecessary apps having chrome icon itself. Even after flash. It keep installing more useless apps.

With mi cloud & find my device active she has control over the device remotely. Provided her device & mobile data is on the police can still track device.

With iCloud, people still have control over their phone.

Definitely, the thief will factory reset it. And once done, he can't access home screen.
One thing about Mi account lock. You can possibly unlock it with tools but the problem is that it locks back once connected to Internet.

Track the phone using police by submitting the imei.

Only phone in use is a phone that can be tracked.

With your phone locked to Mi account will make it unusable and intractable.

So try to deactivate Find my phone via the website
