the first church was established by the Lord JESUS CHRIST and handed over to his disciples,they were persecuted by the Romans, but later the roman emperor Constantine converted to Christianity, so the whole roman empire later practised Christian ,they are idol worshippers before,worshipped numerous idols...they still want to practice idolatry that why they imported a lot of idolatry into Christianity...the early Christians ,the apostle Paul and co ..didn't worshipped that way..go and research you will see a deviation from christ.infact they were so persecuted, killed that they meet privately in houses,they couldn't build church building, early Christians didn't build church building it was when Romans converted to Christianity that big cathedral are built that you call first church..,mind you the Romans ruled ,so they funded and also import paganism into Christianity in disguise...Anyone that protest are persecuted and killed ,they are called heretics. by the romans..the true Christians were killed by the Romans Catholic Church, ..I was born a Catholic, water baptised in a Catholic Church when I was a baby. ..attended the church to the point where I'm mature to seek God for real. ..so i know what I'm saying..

apart from reading the Bible Christians need to read history of Christianity.

You cant have the holy ghost and commit sometin terrible like fornication I'm a virgin not that I didn't have opportunities to have sex but the holyghost rule over me,I left the only girlfriend I have In my life by the instructions of God when I was repenting before I was filled,had no carnal knowledge of her because the fear of the lord is there,now imagine now that I have the spirit of God...you cant have the holyghost and commit something big like fornication...up til now I will never do anything girlfriend it's a betrayal to God my supreme lover,who is there when no one is there.
Although your freewill is there,but my fear and love for God can't make me do it,so I will continuously yielding to the holyghost...
Holiness is very simple and easy when you have the holyghost...
