Iwobi and chukwueze are really playing out their hearts. They surely can do better. Kalu needs to do better than he is doing. He has the ability, but he needs to use more of his head, I mean intelligence if he has any.

Ajayi seems to do better as a defender than a midfielder. He needs to be changed if there are other options for that position.

Give Onuachu more time and then give others a chance. Let's try to play to his strength. Our wingers should get more balls into that 18 yard box for him.

Abeg, I need help with Epik.

I just sold a domain registered with Namecheap.com. I contacted Tony and he asked me to push it to their Namecheap account which I did. I even got a successful mail from Epik.

And the domain is no longer in my namecheap account.

But Epik just mailed me that I should push my domain within my Epik account, I followed the link in the mail then I realised I will pay $8.49 to push the domain.

Please, is this how it is done on Epik?

You don't need to pay anything if you've pushed the domain to epik's namecheap account. Ignore any message from Epik, only communicate with Tony. He can delay in responding at times but send him a follow-up mail and wait. Don't waste your money abeg

I will advise you to send not more than 40 mails an hour and a total of not more than 160 mails in a day if you're using a new Gmail account. That way you should be free from Gmail hammer. As the account grows older, you may increase your hourly/daily limit reasonably.

Well, it's good to always read the Word of God with understanding through the Holy Spirit. Jesus was trying to teach a very important lesson through that Scripture. The statement came to that man because Jesus saw that having kept every commandment, his ONLY shortcoming was the fact that he placed so much importance on his wealth.
Mark 10:21 - Jesus told the man ".... one thing thou lackest, go thy way, sell whatever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shall have treasure in heaven...."
The man left with sorrow after that statement. Why? Because he placed so much importance on his wealth. He would rather have his possessions than follow Christ.

The lesson isn't just for the rich, as long as you place a huge importance on wealth (believing being wealthy can solve all your problems), it will be difficult for you to submit to the will of God and without submission to His will, no man can follow him.

If you're rich but believe not in your riches, and considers everything as secondary for His will alone to be done, then you can have possessions and still serve him the right way. Don't forget, our patriarchs of faith had possessions and still pleased God. So the problem is not with the possessions but the mindset.

Tell him "this is a premium domain". Besides, if it is not newly coined, tell him the age of the domain (from the time it was first registered) and tell him to check the history of the name (if you're sure the name doesn't have any reg flag in its history).

It's actually a short one.

The name was bought with the intention of selling to end-users outside the .com category. (Because most will likely reply with a response of the extension being use for NON-Profit activities, which is right ).

After purchase, the name was listed on epik.com marketplace.

Then the hunt began.

Many may be familiar with this but let me share..

I decided to search in a sorted way on google by using this command;

Site:.org Insurance Texas (Meaning it will bring only .org organizations with the keywords)

And that was it, I did an outbound to one end user, few minutes later buyer proceed to buy.

And that was it.

All happened in a day! The same day it was listed on epik.com. it sold!

If the offer was sent from your epik's landing page and you accepted it from there, you need not do any follow up as epik will handle that by sending the buyer reminder(s) if he delays in paying. But if the offer came through a direct email from the buyer to you, you need to do follow up if he delays in paying after you've accepted the offer and edited price.

This can be edited. You can have an agreement whilst the domain will still be listed for sale. Click on your domain within DAN and scroll down to uncheck "Was it sold?"

If you pressure him too much, you risk losing that sale. Just have this at the back of your mind and exercise restrain, no matter how badly you need the money.

You should find that as soothing relief and do more outbound. The only downside of using Dan is that your lander becomes inactive as soon as an agreement is reached and this is where Epik is better. Landers shouldn't be deactivated just because an agreement is reached in order to give room for potential sales from other interested buyers.

Honestly this is a major set back with DAN. I've had a number of unpleasant experiences relating to this. They really need to find a better alternative.
