* an hnd certificte will get u direct entry to 300Level of a university.

So u dont need to ask why most people consider a B.sc holder to be superior to an Hnd holder.

Anyone that is just thinking of these things after nysc is behind already.

says who. we had a couple of students that ddnt 'cross' to 200 lvl that come to sch and even attended lectures till 400lvl, one even attended lectures more than some academic students (anyone in csc,graduating set will knw who am talking abt).

I was in school today and some of my guys were vehemently telling me NYSC is now back to September. Despite my argument and proof (that NYSC said so in their call for tenders newspaper advertorial).

Surprisingly a friend in law school called and told me their exam has been shifted back to sept [to accommodate the new schedule]. Remember NYSC was supposedly shifted to Nov back then to accommodate the same law school as they would be writing bar exams shortly before then.

Oga Sodiqyinka is there any new devt or these are just rumors?

I was at access bank, I even explained to the lady that I have gotten one before. She insisted on me going thru d process and getting their BVN. I bet some of those bankers don't even know what the BVN is for.

The BVN collection process was annoying. I have 3 accts for different purposes ofcus and they all 'forced' me collect BVN to do transaction with them. Is it not suppose to be a BVN for an individual?

This is absolutely true!!!! Men are professional gossipers! Infact I salute them no be small...they pretend like they don't know or observe what is going around but once they are in their closed doors... Chai! Crap! Most of the ladies talk abt other people esp. Other ladies. Most of what guys talk abt in people esp their friend's absence. They can repeat in their presence and laugh about it. Don't be deceived women and gossips is like fish and water. Men's talk always have content, women talk as mundane as "y would she wear a dark blue skirt instead of black"

After few years of delay, I am through with my final exam and rounding up with my project. A friend of mine and also my classmate runs a laundry shop here in ilorin where I have helped him out number of times as I have some experience in running a laundry.

He knows of my plan to start a laundry and later a
fashion house in ibadan. But now he is offering me a chance to own his laundry shop in ilorin with N300k which can be paid over a period of time because he is been promised a lucrative job in PH. The shop is currently generating a profit of around N80 - N100k monthly. Personally I don't like to settle down in ilorin and this also means I will have to work my service to ilorin. But the prospect of owning a working business with staff is making thinking hard abt his offer. Also I see a lot potential in ibadan as I grew up there and know my way around.


Pls nlders, I need ur advice...shd I take my friend's offer or follow my original plan.

Am not surprised a bit...I can't neva be deceived by a politician. All of them shouting 'for the love of d nation', service to the people' among some other boolsh#t when they are campaign.

So a legislator can be saying this, kicking so hard against paycut in salary despite all the allowances they take home. It is silly of him to be mentioning other areas where govtm can reduce cost when they can lead by example.
This mumu mentioning lecturers and other people that work their a.ss off everyday when they only work on parttime. Many states are owing their workers over 3 mths of salary and this one is shouting cut in salary.

I think these people shd even be paid per sitting. Nobody drag you out to contest election in the first place.
