uyisteven:a 'miracle' happened on my airtel sim, I subscribed 3gb for 1.5k , though it finished in 4 days but got a call from their cc that I still have 1.5k on my line(I only loaded 1.5k d first time). she asked if will like to use 1k to subscribe to 1gb. I said Yes! I need to know b4 I do my next sub ' is did how airtel operates or I was just lucky?' |

betting is not illegal in Nigeria so far the person is 18 years of age. internet will always be a reflection of the society. just change nairaland to nairaCHURCH instead. Op and some commentators are just mixing things up. Being an introvert doesn't neccesarily mean dat individual is shy. Been an introvert myself, I have come across some great introverts that are good talkers - they don't say much but their few words always have weight and meaning. Having fun in a relationship is not abt talking all day, some introverts know how to have fun and introverts are even more romantic, sensitive and creative in a relationship. So op, address the real issue which is 'ur patner is shy' and not his temperament. Also if u are thinking abt changing his temperament, it is more like u r trying to change his genotype. U can push him to become an extrovert for a while and dat means u r telling him to live a fake life, besides he will most likely go back to his default settings in no time. Once again, tackle d real issue which is his shyness and sit down together to plan how to spice up ur relationship. Been an extrovert does not guarantee a nice relationship infact some extroverts can bore u out of a relationship in a week of starting it with irritating talks. PS: a good number of great talkers and geniuses that we read their speeches and reference today are introverts. 2 Likes |

My PPA is in amorji-nike in enugu east, the school has no accommodation and the cost of a room apartment in dat location is arnd 80k, not to talk of a self con. Anyone currently in dire need of accomodation shd let me know here or send a pm so we can relate. |

I am not his supporter but I agreed with him that leaders are judged based on their performances and not their Goodwill, so any politician playing morality card is an hypocrite. Jst show us what u have done! I think Amaechi has a point here. Modified : I think Amaechi is bad student of machiavellism. Telling pple the boring cliches they like to hear and not the 'truth' like Amaechi is doing is real machiavellism. Most people know the truth already but don't like hearing the truth. As a politician, telling people the absolute truth will win u more haters than supporters. i think Amaechi shd learn to be more subtle with the truth when in public. What do u expect? Bad is the new Good. They keep singing those kind of songs because pple keep buying and listening to them, even some radio stations keep playing them. Nigeria artists want to be vulgar n hard core like their role models frm yankee. Some of them are too desperate. I remember one shouting "morafvcker ni baba e" for like 1 minute. I will rather listen to those foreign artists that will say the curse words with style rather than one ijebu guy that is trying so hard to hide his ijebu intonation. The only time I listen to naija hip hop is when I turn on d radio, and it is hard 2 hear one that will make sense. The radio stations don't play the few that make sense but they will play 'wa fe joku ni o' several times in a day. 1 Like 1 Share |

I think we need to know each other, introduce ourselves, share our experiences in better by far university, share our postings, get to meet each other if posted to d same place, etc So I will start...am DEJI, a graduate of CSC, from ibadan. I chose akwa ibom, enugu and ogun. About my experience in 'that' school, I know other students frm other sch will say their schools are also challenging but I Can only say if u can make it here, then u can make it anywhere (will be adding more details abt me later).
