"so many questions and yet no answers"....that summarises the level of corruption that has bedeviled dis country for that last 5 yrs or so. Yet many nigerians are blinded by religion or ethnicity or simply preferred to look the other way because of their affiliations. I always feel touched talking abt nigeria...we are so blessed yet we r so poor. Our generation is clearly no better but pple like u give me hope of a better nigeria...if most youth are asking the right questions, we will get there faster

i had to look at d ur post to make sure i dd not type it. My old man (a gud samaritan) was collecting just 1000 per mth(imagine...the aose has toilet n a well) before he passed on. I increased it to 2000 but the tenants kept chasing me with calls pleading. I had to tell d agent to reduce it to 1500 for d time being.

i think one can run d two together but the shop will probably serve as just ur laundary collection centre (washing n ironing may b door somewher else)...put a shelf(with glass door to protect the clothes) in a corner.
