You're involved with somebody (wheather it be marriage or serious relationship-take however you want). Would you expect your partner to answer all the questions you have future, past or present? Would you want to tell your partner all that? The whole "no secrets beteween the two of us" apply at all times? |
does anyone know about the ruling on this? someone asked me if people are supposed to do the janazah prayer for the one muslim who never ever prays salaad and openly said it? they said that because preson never ever prayed salaad is that so muslim and so you shouldn't pray janazah for them? I dated this somali chick for over four years, we didnt end up marrying because I always found an excuse not to, until she finally couldnt take it anymore. The reason was because she was on the chubby side, although I loved her I was ashamed to bring her home. I tried to get to got to the gym but she didnt pick up my hints. I saw her recently she looked different she lost alot weight and now shes hot, she was always hot but now she was in good shape. Guys would marry a chubby girl? would you care what your friends and family thought? |
thanks ladies |
TP needs your special dua Bismillahi Wa Salaatu Wa Salaamu Alaa Rasoolillah. I hope this reaches you best of Imaan and health, inshaAllah. Quote: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried.” Narrated and classed as saheeh by al-Tirmidhi (2516), from the hadeeth of Ibn ‘Abbaas. Al-Mubaarakfoori said: “The pens have been lifted and the pages have dried” means, What has been decreed has been written in al-Lawh al-Mahfooz (the Book of Decrees), and nothing else will be written after that is finished. Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi, 7/186 The writing is of two types: one kind which cannot be altered or changed, which is what is in al-Lawh al-Mahfooz, and a type which may be altered or changed, which is in the hands of the angels. And the ultimate outcome is what is written in al-Lawh al-Mahfooz. This is one of the meanings of the words of Allaah (interpretation of the meaning): “Allaah blots out what He wills and confirms (what He wills). And with Him is the Mother of the Book (Al Lawh Al Mahfooz)” [al-Ra’d 13:39] Hence we can understand what was narrated in the Sunnah, that upholding family ties increases one’s lifespan or increases one’s provision; or that du’aa’ can alter the divine decree. For Allaah knows whether His slave will uphold the ties of kinship or make du’aa’, so He writes in al-Lawh al-Mahfooz that this person will have more provision or a longer life span. A beautiful story on Islamic marriage Asalamu calaykum wr wb Dear brothers and sisters in Islam I would like to share this beautiful story enjoy it Seeing that his mother was in a good mood, Ahmad sat near her and said, ‘Mother, I have an idea which should bring you much joy.” His mother answered eagerly, “My son, all that you give me makes me happy. What is on your mind?” “You know,” he told her, “I have finished my studies and can afford to begin a family. I have decided to marry.” His mother’s face brightened with a smile. “This is very good news! I have long awaited such a day,” she told him. “How often I have wished you would marry one of your cousins. Praise be to Allah that you have made this decision before it is too late!.” Ahmad exclaimed, “Before it’s too late? What do you mean?” “Your cousin Maryam is now old enough to marry. Every day there is someone visiting her home, seeking her hand.” Ahmad sat silently for a moment and said, “Then why should we bother her suitors?” “What do you mean, Ahmad?,” asked his mother, dismayed. “My cousin Maryam is not fit for me.” “Why not? No, my son, you’re mistaken. I shall go and see about your engagement tomorrow,” his mother told him. Ahmad frowned and said, “No, mother. Please do not do such a thing. I will not agree to this.” Mother said : “When she becomes your fiancé, you will feel love for her. Put aside your fears. Maryam is beautiful, and she has a respectable job.” Ahmad disagreed, “No. This matter only concerns me.” Ahmad’s mother thought for a moment and said, “If you dislike Maryam, then there’s my brother’s daughter. She is as beautiful as Maryam, and she has inherited a large sum of money from my brother. “Mother, please think about this matter from my point of view. I need someone to share my life, not a business partner.” His mother became angry and sharply asked, “What’s wrong with my niece? Why isn’t she good enough to be your wife?” Ahmad replied, “She is not a practicing Muslim. I want a Muslim wife.” Ahmad’s mother laughed sarcastically and said, “You speak as if you were an angel who could only marry another angel. Why don’t you stop saying such nonsense, my son? You are an educated young man, you should give up your impossible ideals.” “I am neither an angel, nor do I seek a saint for a wife. I am a Muslim believer looking for a girl who also believes in Islam.” replied Ahmad. Ahmad’s mother told him, “I don’t know any girls who share your ideals.” He said, “I know someone who measures up to my expectations. “ Startled by this admission, Ahmad’s mother asked, “You know someone? Who is she? Since when do you begin friendship with girls?” Ahmad answered quickly, “I didn’t mean that I know a girl personally, but I know of her.” ” I see,” she said. “You have already chosen your wife. Who is this lucky girl?” “Mother, please be more understanding. I hope you will take my side and persuade father to agree with my choice.” This appeal to Ahmad’s mother softened her, and she said, “I swear that I think only of your welfare. I’ll help you. Tell me, what are this girl ’s qualifications?” Ahmad told her, “Nothing matters except the religious aspect. She is Muslim, and wears complete hijab.” “Oh, then she is uneducated!” “No, she has a high school education and her religious knowledge is extensive.” Then his mother asked, “What family is she from? Do I know them?” “She is from a good family known for their piety”, Ahmad told her. “Of what use is a well-known family if a girl has no Islamic morals?” He silently beseeched Allah to give him the patience to overcome his mother’s resistance. “A happy marriage doesn’t depend on fame or wealth. Happiness stems from spiritual nearness and mutual understanding.” Then, in a different tone of voice his mother asked, To be continued, Insha Allah. |
ASalam Alaikum All!! Well, having sex outside marriage is not allowed in Islam and is forbidden. Sex before marriage I can Say is Zina and in Islam is haraam and there is big punishment to charge this haraam act. You know what they say: Azaani Laa yankixu Ilaa Zaaniyatan. So what you guyz think about ZINA?? |
Give up your emotions/ feelings to gain intelligence? Someone asked me this question the other day and I was wondering what you guys would answer ![]() |
Sheikh. Waleed Abdulhakeem: If you find that thinking about hellfire is not stopping you from doing wrong deeds, try instead to think about how many degrees of paradise you are loosing. Think about other people you know who are working day and night to reach the Firdaws, while you are being stand still, if not going downwards. And by the way, you, only have one chance to do it, so what is holding you? Start working your way to the top NOW! |
neighbors It's been 3 days since they moved and place hasnt been the same. , They were about 4 ghetto women sharing an apartment smoked weed, crack together and got drunk everynight It was a mother, her daughters and all their kids from baby dadies Everynight they would fight, scream and air out their dirty laundry It was annoying the first 6 months but got really interesting after a while I would stick my head out the window and just enjoy a jerry springer show outside I witnessed multiples fights between em, stabbing, jumping and altercation I grew to love the dramma but without telling anyone they just moved 3 days ago Now its awkward and quite, I could hear the birds outside taking a droppings lol SMH |
I know islamically we're (men and women) not supposed to mingle and weddings are also part of that. But I hate weddings that are seperate simply beacuse I dont feel like the whoel family is there to rejoice the momentous occasion. Especially when its a male relative that is getting married. I cant imagine not being there when one of my brothers' getting married, I might like his bride or whatever, but I dont wanna be there for HER part, I wanna be there for THEIR part of HIS part in perticular. Id rather just join the mens section lol. Maybe its a selfish thing; but I dont really care. |
I can't get over the fact that you told her you "liked her" after the first walk you had with her ![]() |
Forget her bro , she is tryin to mess with ur head even before the relationship has kicked onto the other level. Most likely she isnt worth the trouble |

I'm soooooo mad right now subhan'allah I can't even control my anger at this point. I can't take it when you try your best and be nice to surten someone and when that person notice you are getting pissed , even trys to annoy the shit out of you even more. Ughhhhhh whyyyyyyy? Why are some ppl like this why can't they be nice & sweet instead of giving me even more a hard time . I always try to calm someone down when I see they are really angry at me. Wallah I'm so freaking angry that I had to cry cause of anger. I really don't care anymore from now on I'm gonna be freaking selfish :@ |
(In the Name of Allah) I walked by our dream and was saddened to find Tears filling her eyes with a look quite resigned. She sat in the jail where we left her behind Trapped behind the bars of a colonized mind. I stood and wondered how I could set her free So I asked if she knew where they’d hidden the key. She wiped away tears and looked over at me With pity that I assumed it would be so easy! She said: “Buried inside pages of distant past With a heritage of lions, so rich and so vast You’ll find the key with Sumayyah, when to faith she held fast As they speared her chastity, and she breathed her last. And it’s the finger of Bilal, the heroic black slave, The sign of Tawhid that in their faces he’d wave As he lay tied down in a hot desert grave Their harming of him made him all the more brave. And it’s the pledge of ‘Ikrimah, enemy turned warrior Who changed his life to make the truth superior. Khalid himself could not hold him back from more When his pledge at Yarmuk left the Romans so sore. It is the back with shredded flesh and torn skin Of Ahmad bin Hambal, who refused to give in. He answered their whips with the truth and a grin To protect our religion, he would not let them win. And it is the bittersweet dust of the land of Hittin, That once engulfed the knights of Salah ad-Din From the filth of dishonor, he made that dust clean And for the respect of the world did he set the scene. It was the rope around the neck of the desert’s lion ‘Umar Mukhatar, who would bow down to no Italian. Refusing to live in a state of humiliation His chin high to the end, with no fear of the Creation. The rope was passed on to Sayyid’s waiting head With one last chance for him to be spared from this dread. And from the choicest fruits, they promised he would be fed But his index finger led him to another door instead. The same finger that pointed up as Malcolm X lay still Ending a life of honor, that was one struggle uphill. He left a life of crime, transforming himself until He spoke bitter truth with eloquence and skill…” She sat in the jail where we left her behind Indeed this key will be difficult to find But it is you if you refuse to be blind And decide to free yourself from the colonized mind. ("True freedom is not the ability to go where you want, disobey your Lord when you want, and think how others want you to think. Rather, true freedom is the freedom to live for one's religion, beliefs, and principles." -Babar Ahmad) *Poem written by Tariq Mehanna 27th of Dhu al-Hijjah 1430 (14th of December 2009) In the hours before Fajr; in the traces of the pale floodlights shining into my cell. ANOMALY, A Woman was out golfing one day when she hit the ball into the woods. She went into the woods to look for it and found a frog in a trap. The frog said to her, "If you release me from this trap, I will grant you three wishes." The woman freed the frog, and the frog said, "Thank you, but I failed to mention that there was a condition to your wishes. Whatever you wish for, your husband will get times ten!" The woman said, "That's okay." For her first wish, she wanted to be the most beautiful woman in the world. The frog warned her, "You do realize that this wish will also make your husband the most handsome man in the world, an Adonis whom women will flock to". The woman replied, "That's okay, because I will be the most beautiful Woman and he will have eyes only for me." So, KAZAM-she's the most beautiful Woman in the world! For her second wish, she wanted to be the richest woman in the world. The frog said, "That will make your husband the richest man in the world. And he will be ten times richer than you. " The woman said, "That's okay, because what's mine is his and what's his is mine." So, KAZAM-she's the richest woman in the world! The frog then inquired about her third wish, and she answered, "I'd like a mild heart attack." Moral of the story: Women are clever. Don't mess with them. Attention female readers: This is the end of the joke for you. Stop here and continue feeling good. Male readers: Please scroll down. The man had a heart attack ten times milder than his wife!!! Moral of the story: Women are really dumb but think they're really smart. Let them continue to think that way and just enjoy the show PS: If you are a woman and are still reading this; it only goes to show that women never listen!!! |
